Julius is a 4.5-year-old, approximately 50 cm tall Wuschelhund with bright fur and gentle eyes who immediately captures everyone's attention. Today he moves through life relatively carefree, but this is far from self-evident: Our animal welfare officer Nensi found him severely injured after a car accident on the roadside. Julius suffered a hip fracture, but today there is no sign of it. He has fully recovered and is ready for his next - and hopefully best - stage of life: a home of his own. Julius is an all-around lovable and uncomplicated fellow. He approaches his environment in a friendly and calm manner, enjoys every caress and is happy about human company. Most of the time he spends relaxed dozing, eating or curiously observing the events around him from his dog house. Currently Julius lives outdoors and has not experienced life indoors so far. However, we are convinced that with a little patience he will quickly get used to the comfort of a soft bed - and probably won't want to get up anymore. He will also definitely discover joint walks and small adventures with his humans quickly. For Julius we wish him a loving home with people who seek a quiet, friendly dog by their side. He doesn't need constant entertainment - what is more important to him are closeness, a safe place and people with whom he can simply belong. With a little time, patience and lots of affection Julius will surely become a loyal companion who brings a smile to his humans' faces every day. Has Julius won your heart? Julius ist ein etwa 4,5 Jahre alter und rund 50 cm großer Wuschelhund, der mit seinem hellen Fell und seinen sanften Augen sofort alle Blicke auf sich zieht. Dass er heute so relativ unbeschwert durchs Leben geht, ist alles andere als selbstverständlich: Unsere Tierschützerin Nensi fand ihn schwer verletzt nach einem Autounfall am Straßenrand. Julius hatte eine Hüftfraktur erlitten, doch davon ist heute nichts mehr zu merken. Er ist vollständig genesen und bereit für den nächsten – und hoffentlich schönsten – Lebensabschnitt: ein eigenes Zuhause. Julius ist ein rundum lieber und unkomplizierter Kerl. Er begegnet seiner Umwelt freundlich und gelassen, genießt jede Streicheleinheit und freut sich über menschliche Gesellschaft. Die meiste Zeit verbringt er entspannt mit Dösen, Fressen oder damit, neugierig das Geschehen um sich herum von seinem Hundehaus aus zu beobachten. Aktuell lebt Julius in reiner Außenhaltung und kennt das Leben im Haus bisher nicht. Wir sind aber überzeugt, dass er sich mit etwas Geduld schnell an den Komfort eines weichen Körbchens gewöhnen wird – und vermutlich gar nicht mehr aufstehen möchte. Auch gemeinsame Spaziergänge und kleine Abenteuer mit seinen Menschen wird er bestimmt schnell für sich entdecken. Für Julius wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles Zuhause bei Menschen, die einen ruhigen, freundlichen Hund an ihrer Seite suchen. Er braucht keine Dauerbespaßung – viel wichtiger sind ihm Nähe, ein sicherer Platz und Menschen, bei denen er einfach dazugehören darf. Mit ein wenig Zeit, Geduld und ganz viel Zuneigung wird Julius sicher ein treuer Begleiter, der seinen Menschen jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert. Hat Julius dein Herz erobert? Dann kann er kastriert, geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt und entfloht nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr bei dir einziehen. Seinen gültigen EU-Heimtierausweis und ein passgenaues Sicherheitsgeschirr bringt er selbstverständlich mit. Auch über eine liebevolle Pflegestelle würde sich Julius sehr freuen.
