Adopt Lieschen (w)

Mixed Breed · Unknown · Puppy · 4 months

More than 150 puppies in the public Shelter Botosani !!️ Rain, cold, overfill – and a lot of hope for a better life In the public Shelter in Botosani (Romania) there is an exceptional state: over 150 small dog souls sit there, tightly crowded, freezing and wet. Durable rain, icy nights, hardly protection – for puppies this can be life-threatening. We therefore have no time for long individual ideas – this is all about it. Quick help saves life. 💫 One of these little fighters is LIESCHEN, about 4 months young, with the eyes of the heart, curious nose and much nonsense in the head. It becomes maximum medium size – but its desire for a safe place in life is huge. ✨ Endstation Happy End? Very much. LIESCHEN is looking forward to a basket of love, cuddly blanket included. LIESCHEN brings everything a real puppy is like: 🐾 toy destroyer with passion, 🐾 fitness trainer with built-in motion detector, 🐾 heartbreaker, shredder machine, clown, comfort dispenser – and sometimes also a small nerve saw with a big heart. But we say it honestly (and with an eye-catcher): 🐾 Puppies are not stubborn, 🐾 they can't stay alone yet, 🐾 and they put your life on your head very charmingly – with puddles, pips and cardboard remains. But I can promise you one thing: no matter whether I am a heart with a security distance, a small raisin or something in between – I am going to confuse your life for the first time. Whether gentle or spirited – I am ready for my adventure. Are you?📦 All puppies travel: several times vaccinated several times enzymatically enzymatically chipped enzymatically escaped enzymatically with EU-home ID ʿ6 with official trace papers ʿ mediated via TNH Casa Katharina e. V. (including pre-control, protection contract & §11 permit) 📍 Place of arrival is 91278 Pottenstein – here all fur noses can be picked up. 📩 Contact: or simply on FB by PN.

About Lieschen (w)

What life with Lieschen (w) looks like

Lieschen (w) is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Tiernothilfe Casa Katharina e.V. in Nürnberg.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Lieschen (w), answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Lieschen (w)?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tiernothilfe Casa Katharina e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Lieschen (w) on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Lieschen (w) if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tiernothilfe Casa Katharina e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Lieschen (w) already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Lieschen (w) isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tiernothilfe Casa Katharina e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Lieschen (w) and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
