Lonny, born approximately February 2021, neutered, approximately 60 cm shoulder height, at the shelter since 2021. Lonny came to the shelter at about 8 months old. In the meantime, she has been with us for several years and has developed from a fearful dog to a curious-fearful female dog. Lonny is compatible with all other dogs, but it is obvious that she is exhausted from the constant smelling and incessant barking in the shelter. Her nature is rather quiet and reserved. Currently, she is a bit plump, but she is no longer as fat as she was in the pictures from last winter. Lonny is particularly excited about cleaning the cat container - she stands in front of it curiously and observes everything very carefully. She seems to have no problems with cats, she doesn't react to them at all. It was there that the beautiful portrait photos of her were taken, showing how attentive and interested she can be. We wish her a home with sensitive and experienced people who can show her what a good dog life is like in peace and without time pressure or expectations. It should be okay if she never wants to go for a walk or cuddle like a normal dog. Maybe she will be good for one or two positive surprises. At least a confident first dog, as well as a securely fenced garden with direct access to the house are basic requirements. Since Lonny has only poor chances of being adopted, we would be very happy if someone would take a sponsorship for her. Located in Romania and allowed to leave if a home is found. Travels chipped and vaccinated (EU vaccination passport; vaccinations: rabies and basic immunization). All dogs are treated against intestinal parasites and ectoparasites at their arrival at the shelter and at least once a year thereafter. The described behavioral observations are based on everyday life in the shelter and may be different in a domestic environment under changed living conditions. 02/2024 Futterpatenschaft: - Tierarztpatenschaft: - Lonny, geboren ca. 02/2021, kastriert, ca. 60 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 2021 Lonny kam mit ca. 8 Monaten ins Shelter. Mittlerweile ist sie schon mehrere Jahre bei uns und hat sich in dieser Zeit von einem ängstlichen Hund zu einer neugierig-ängstlichen Hündin entwickelt. Lonny ist mit allen anderen Hunden verträglich, doch es ist offensichtlich, dass sie durch die ständige Witterung und das unaufhörliche Gebell im Shelter erschöpft ist. Ihr Naturell ist eher ruhig und zurückhaltend. Aktuell ist sie etwas moppelig, aber so dick wie auf den Bildern von letztem Winter ist sie nicht mehr. Besonders spannend findet Lonny das Säubern des Katzencontainers – neugierig steht sie vorne und beobachtet alles ganz genau. Mit Katzen scheint sie keine Probleme zu haben, sie reagiert gar nicht auf diese. Genau dort sind auch die schönen Porträtfotos von ihr entstanden, die zeigen, wie aufmerksam und interessiert sie sein kann. Wir wünschen uns für sie ein Zuhause bei einfühlsamen und erfahrenen Menschen, die ihr in Ruhe und ohne Zeitdruck oder Erwartungshaltung zeigen, was ein gutes Hundeleben ist. Es sollte okay sein, wenn sie nie wie ein normaler Hund Gassi gehen oder kuscheln will. Vielleicht ist sie dann für die eine oder andere positive Überraschung gut. Mindestens ein souveräner Ersthund, sowie ein sicher eingezäunter Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Haus sind Grundvoraussetzungen. Da Lonny nur schlechte Vermittlungschancen hat, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn jemand eine Patenschaft für sie übernimmt. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn sie ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
