Lordzik is a small fuzzy dog who arrived at the animal shelter in 2018 – very withdrawn. He is about 5 years old. He tries to mask his fear with nipping and baring his teeth at each new person who dares to approach his kennel. However, it only takes a little time to realize that this is just a facade. With a calm and gentle approach, he will allow you to attach him to a leash and eagerly go for a walk. On the leash, he walks confidently and eagerly explores his surroundings, but he still fears loud noises, street traffic, and new things. He reacts differently to passing dogs, but usually nips at them. He is slowly learning human contact and deriving pleasure from touch and petting. Our current foster needs a patient caregiver who will give him time to adjust to his new situation and teach him how to function in a home and city. We recommend him for adoption as a single dog, as he does not get along with other dogs, but he might "chase" the proverbial cat.

Lordzik to niewielki kudłaty psiak, który trafił do schroniska w 2018 roku - bardzo wycofany. Ma ok. 5 lat. Swój strach próbuje maskować obszczekiwaniem i próbami odstraszenia zębami, każdej nowej osoby, która ośmieli się podejść do jego boksu. Wystarczy jednak poświęcić mu trochę czasu, aby przekonać się, że to tylko pozory. Przy spokojnym i delikatnym podejściu pozwala zapiąć się na smycz i chętnie wychodzi na spacer. Na smyczy dziarsko spaceruje i chętnie zwiedza otoczenie, ale wciąż boi się głośniejszych hałasów, ruchu ulicznego i nowych dla niego rzeczy. Na mijane psy reaguje różnie, ale zazwyczaj je obszczekuje. Powoli uczy się kontaktu z człowiekiem i czerpania przyjemności z dotyku, głaskania. Nasz podopieczny potrzebuje cierpliwego opiekuna, który da mu czas na przyzwyczajenie się do nowej sytuacji oraz nauczy go funkcjonowania w mieszkaniu i mieście. Do adopcji polecamy go jako jedynka, gdyż nie przepada za innymi psami, a kotu mógłby "pogonić" przysłowiowego kota.
