Het verhaal van Lucy: Op veel Griekse eilanden, zoals ook op Lefkas, is het zwerfhonden probleem groot, met name puppy dumping, met of zonder moeder. Gelukkig zijn er altijd zeer bevlogen dierenliefhebbers die zich dagelijks inzetten voor de arme dieren. Sinds ruim vijftien jaar biedt ‘Little Friends Lefkas’ hulp aan dieren in nood. Lucy werd rennend op straat in een dorp aangetroffen. Het was duidelijk dat iemand haar gedumpt had. Haar huid was in erg slechte conditie en ze was mager. Nu is ze in een geweldige gezondheid. Superlieve, sociale en actieve Lucy is, sinds ze werd opgenomen door Sallie van Little Friends Lefkas in haar huis, erg snel gewend geraakt aan de geneugten van een huiselijk leven en het daarbij horende comfort. Een heerlijk zacht bed/kussen om te slapen, lekker uit wandelen gaan met een tuigje en aan de riem, en dagelijks goed eten. Ze geniet er ontzettend van. Ze leert echt alles heel snel. Zo was ze eigenlijk ook meteen zindelijk en slaapt ze van het begin ‘s-nachts in haar bench. Ze is heel sociaal naar mensen (volwassenen en kinderen), andere honden en katten en geniet van aandacht en knuffels. Haar geschatte geboortedatum is 21.07.2024. Ze weegt 14 kilo en is 40 cm schouderhoogte. Lucy is gesteriliseerd. Ze is prachtig om te zien maar nog belangrijker is natuurlijk haar superlieve sociale en zachtaardige karakter. Voor Lucy zoeken we een liefdevol thuis met een fijne tuin, veilig omheind, zodat ze heerlijk kan spelen en buiten kan zijn. En waar ze zich voor altijd thuis en veilig voelt. Ze houdt ook ontzettend van uit wandelen gaan dus dat is zeker een voorwaarde om de juiste match voor Lucy te zijn. Lucy is vanaf 9 juni in Nederland zijn, en u kunt dus met haar kennismaken.
