This animal can be adopted after sufficient acquaintance and provided there is suitable housing. Luna (2) is a mixed-breed female dog born in December 2013 who, along with another dog, had to be taken to the animal shelter due to changes in her owners’ living circumstances. Luna lived in a rural area in a house and grew up together with the family’s two children. The “dog grandma” approaches her surroundings in a friendly and open manner and still enjoys taking her leisurely walks. According to her previous owners, Luna gets along well with other dogs as well as with cats. However, she is afraid of horses and loud noises such as thunderstorms and fireworks. The dog has received good basic training and, according to her previous owners, travels nicely in the car. She can stay home alone for an appropriate amount of time and is reliably house-trained. Due to her age, her joints occasionally ache here and there, but currently she still walks well and happily and does not yet require any medication.

Luna ist eine im Dezember 2013 geborene Mischlings-Hündin, die gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Hündin aufgrund veränderter Lebensumstände der Besitzer ins Tierheim musste. Luna lebte im ländlichen Bereich in einem Haus und ist mit den beiden Kindern der Familie gemeinsam aufgewachsen. Die Hunde-Omi geht freundlich und offen auf ihre Umwelt zu und unternimmt noch gerne ihre gemütlichen Runden. Luna ist laut Vorbesitzern mit Artgenossen und auch mit Katzen gut verträglich. Angst machen ihr jedoch Pferde und laute Geräusche, wie Gewitter und Feuerwerke. Die Hündin hat eine gute Grunderziehung genossen und fährt laut Vorbesitzer auch brav im Auto mit. Sie kann eine angemessene Zeit alleine Zuhause bleiben und ist brav stubenrein. Altersbedingt zwicken hier und da schon mal die Gelenke, sie läuft aktuell aber gut und gerne und braucht momentan auch noch keine Medikamente.
