I’m the handsome tomcat Macchiato, and I’m looking for a new forever home. About three months ago, I was able to move from my foster home in Romania to Germany. It felt like such incredible luck after all the suffering I endured on the streets of Romania. A kind animal rescuer found me in miserable condition—I was dragging one leg behind me, which later had to be amputated. Unfortunately, in my new home, I was bitten by the resident dog, and ever since, I’ve been terribly frightened. That’s why it’s been decided that I should once again search for my happy ending. I’ve now arrived at my foster home here and will receive further veterinary care, as several of my teeth are broken and need to be removed. Once that’s taken care of, I’ll be ready to move in with you! I’ve already received my initial vaccinations (against feline panleukopenia, feline herpesvirus, and rabies) and was dewormed and treated with Spot On before my travel arrangements. I’m also microchipped—all of this is documented in my EU pet passport. Because of my negative experience with the dog, I’d prefer to go to a home without dogs. Oktober 2021 Geschlecht: männlich, kastriert Charakter: Eher ruhig, gelassen, menschenbezogen, sozial (Keine Einzelhaltung) Besonderheiten: ein fehlendes Hinterbein, deshalb kein Freigang Hallo ihr lieben Katzenfreunde, ich bin der hübsche Kater Macchiato und suche ein neues Zuhause. Vor rund drei Monaten durfte ich aus meiner Pflegestelle in Rumänien nach Deutschland in mein Zuhause umziehen. Für mich war das so ein großes Glück, nachdem ich auf den Straßen in Rumänien viel Leid erfahren habe. Eine liebe Tierschützerin fand mich in miserablem Zustand, ich zog ein Bein hinter mir her, welches mir dann auch amputiert werden musste. In meinem neuen Zuhause wurde ich dann aber leider von dem dortigen Hund gebissen und seitdem hatte ich schrecklich Angst. Deshalb wurde entschieden, dass ich nun doch noch einmal neu auf die Suche nach meinem Happy-End gehen muss. Ich bin nun auf meiner Pflegestelle angekommen und werde hier noch tierärztlich versorgt, denn bei mir sind ein paar Zähne abgebrochen und müssen entfernt werden. Sobald das erledigt ist kann ich schon zu dir umziehen. Ich habe bereits meine Erstimpfungen erhalten (Katzenseuche, Katzenschnupfen und Tollwut) und hatte vor Ausreise schon Wurmkur und Spot On bekommen. Gechipt bin ich auch. Das alles kannst du in meinem EU-Heimtierausweis nachlesen. Aufgrund meiner negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Hund möchte ich in eine Familie ohne Hund ziehen. Schön wäre eine vorhandene, ruhige Katze.
