By now, she is 11 years old and we hope she does not die at the animal shelter without ever having found a loving home. Our wonderful Maja, a Kaukasin (possibly a mix), was born on 3.11.2014. She is reserved and rather quiet. She is well leash-trained and has no problems with external stimuli. Dog encounters are no problem for her. She meets other dogs calmly and neutrally, but would rather be left alone. With people, she is cautious but can be friendly if given time. Maja needs sensitive owners who can meet her needs. She does not like being treated loudly or roughly and has had bad experiences in the past. She is neutered and would rather be an only dog, even with small animals not living in the household. Maja is 70 cm tall and weighs 46 kg, quite athletic. She loves walks and is calm about everything that comes up on a walk. When will Maja finally find her place with a warm spot?
