Molly-15

Mixed Breed · Female · Adult · 6 years

Molly, a lovely female dog, was found alone wandering in the city of Nagykörös on August 4, 2026, and brought to the animal shelter. A microchip check revealed a registered owner in Petvetdata, a lady living in Csákvár, about 140km away from Nagykörös. It is unclear how Molly ended up there, whether she was moved or sold. The lady never responded to calls or letters. Molly waited in vain for her owners to come for her. The quarantine period has ended, and Molly hopes to be discovered by her new family and start a new, happy life with them. Despite her situation, Molly is a great dog and tries to make the best of it. She is a charming and lovable dog, friendly, nice, cheerful, open, lively, a real sunshine, who brings a lot of love and joy to her new family. She can be intimidated by unfamiliar situations, but her curiosity quickly takes over, and when she has people by her side she can trust, she masters every "hurdle." She enjoys every caress and attention and soaks it up like a sponge. The little one needs a lot of love and closeness and never wants to miss it. Molly still needs to learn what a dog needs to know for a life as a family member, but she is a smart dog who will quickly understand how things work. She wants to do everything right and do many things with her new humans. She already walks well on a leash, but of course, there is still room for improvement, and details can be worked on later. Molly gets along well with her fellow dogs and is currently (September 1, 2026) integrated into a mixed pack. We are looking for loving and dog-enthusiastic people for our dear Molly, who will give her everything she has probably never had before. Many caresses and cuddling hours, a warm and soft place to sleep, a lot of love, care, security, and safety, daily varied walks, dog-friendly activities, and of course, full family connection. Molly will give it back to you a thousandfold and be a wonderful companion. Who will go through thick and thin with Molly? Molly has a broken tooth and a charming underbite. Molly can travel from around mid/end of September 2026 if she finds a home or a foster home.

About Molly-15

What life with Molly-15 looks like

Molly-15 is a adult mixed breed dog waiting at Animal Happyend in Animal Happyend.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇨🇭Adopting from Switzerland

Swiss shelters require a home visit (Platzkontrolle) and proof of suitable accommodation. Cantons each have their own additional dog-keeping requirements (e.g. SKN training in some areas). Animals leave sterilized and chipped.

Frequently asked

Adopting Molly-15, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Molly-15?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Animal Happyend handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Molly-15 on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Molly-15 if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Animal Happyend will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Molly-15 already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Molly-15 isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Animal Happyend early rather than rehoming privately; they know Molly-15 and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
