Compatible with other animals? Can be alone for some hours? A challenge for dachshund fans, our little Nico has it in his bones! Nico had been rehomed a few times already, in the early days, Nico shows his best side in the new home. Once Nico settles in and analyzes his new owners, he uses the weaknesses he discovers and, with the help of his teeth, asserts his will. All previous owners were ultimately overwhelmed by the willfully strong fellow. He demands resources and defends them. This means Nico needs a consistent, clear line from the start, and one must not be swayed by his initial "docility." Thanks to his "regular walker," Nico has good obedience and shows great friendliness and eagerness to learn! Nico is compatible with other animals, but as he presents a challenge, a single place would be preferable to focus entirely on Nico's everyday education. Nico's left front leg shows a dislocation, whether it is congenital or due to a previous injury, we cannot say. Nico is not restricted in movement by the dislocation and is pain-free. Nico will only be rehomed with experienced dachshund owners, and the help of an expert must be factored into the education process!

Verträglich mit anderen Tieren? Kann einige Stunden alleine sein? Eine Herausforderung für Dackelfans, unser kleiner Nico hat es faustdick hinter den Ohren! Nico war schon einige Male vermittelt, in der Anfangszeit zeigt sich Nico im neuen Zuhause von seiner besten Seite. Ist er erst einmal angekommen und hat seine neuen Halter analysiert, nutzt er die entdeckten Schwächen und setzt, unter Einsatz seiner Zähne, seinen Willen durch. Alle bisherigen Halter waren schlussendlich mit dem willensstarken Burschen überfordert. Er beansprucht Ressourcen und verteidigt diese dann auch. Das heißt, Nico braucht von Anfang an eine ganz konsequente, klare Linie und man darf sich nicht durch seine anfängliche „Leichtigkeit“ beeinflussen lassen. Dank seiner „Stammgassigängerin“ hat Nico einen guten Grundgehorsam und zeigt sich ihr gegenüber sehr freundlich und lernt mit Begisterung! Nico ist mit Artgenossen verträglich, da er aber eine Herausforderung darstellt, wäre ein Einzelplatz zu bevorzugen, um sich ganz auf Nico´s Erziehung im Alltag konzentrieren zu können. Nico´s linkes Vorderbein zeigt eine Fehlstellung, ob diese angeboren oder auf eine zurückliegende Verletzung zurück zu führen ist, können wir nicht sagen. Nico ist durch die Fehlstellung nicht in seiner Bewegung eingeschränkt und ist schmerzfrei.
