He was taken to the shelter by dog catchers and is now waiting for his fate to finally turn for the better. The approximately three-month-old Phero currently weighs around 7 kg and stands about 40 cm tall at the shoulder. When fully grown, he'll probably be one of the larger dogs. With his black coat, white markings on his chest, and tiny white paws, Phero is a real eye-catcher. Especially his attentive gaze reveals that he's a curious little explorer at heart. At first, Phero is still somewhat cautious around people and prefers to observe new situations from a safe distance. However, with a bit of patience, he quickly warms up and reveals his loving and gentle nature. He gets along well with other dogs and likes to orient himself toward them. We're looking for people who can give Phero the time he needs to settle in at his own pace and show him—with loving, positive guidance—how wonderful a sheltered dog life can be. Life indoors, house training, leash manners, and all the many everyday noises are still new to him and should be introduced step by step without any pressure. Attending a positively oriented dog school would help Phero and his new family learn together and grow into a well-coordinated team. Whoever gives Phero the chance to build trust will gain a loyal companion who will surely accompany his people through life for many years to come. Phero is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and flea-treated upon departure; he has an EU pet passport and, after a positive preliminary check, can travel to his new home against a protection fee. Er wurde von den Hundefängern ins Shelter gebracht und musste dort darauf warten, dass sich sein Schicksal zum Guten wendet. Inzwischen hat er diesen großen Schritt geschafft: Phero durfte auf eine Pflegestelle nach Deutschland reisen und zeigt dort jeden Tag mehr, was für ein toller junger Hund in ihm steckt. Phero wurde im April 2026 geboren, ist aktuell ca. 50 cm groß und 18 kg schwer. Ausgewachsen wird er vermutlich zu den größeren Hunden gehören. Auf seiner Pflegestelle zeigt er sich als aufgeschlossener und menschenbezogener junger Rüde. Besonders an seinen Bezugspersonen orientiert er sich stark und sucht ihre Nähe. Beim Spazierengehen läuft Phero bereits richtig toll an der Leine und auch die ersten Grundkommandos hat der clevere Kerl schon gelernt. Autofahren meistert er ebenfalls problemlos. Mit anderen Hunden kommt Phero super zurecht und zeigt sich im Kontakt mit seinen Artgenossen freundlich und unkompliziert. Mit Katzen hat er ebenfalls keine Probleme– beste Voraussetzungen also für ein Zuhause, in dem bereits tierische Mitbewohner leben. Insgesamt zeigt er sich neugierig, lernfreudig und bereit, gemeinsam mit seinen Menschen noch ganz viel zu entdecken. Natürlich steckt Phero noch mitten in einer spannenden Entwicklungsphase. Die Pubertät und damit vielleicht auch die ein oder andere kreative Idee gehören zum Erwachsenwerden dazu. Deshalb wünschen wir uns für ihn Menschen, die Freude daran haben, seinen Weg weiterhin liebevoll, geduldig und positiv zu begleiten und ihm gleichzeitig Sicherheit und Orientierung geben. Wer Phero ein Zuhause schenkt, bekommt einen jungen Hund, der schon einiges gelernt hat und gleichzeitig noch ganz viel gemeinsam mit seinen Menschen erleben möchte. Der Besuch einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule kann dabei eine schöne Möglichkeit sein, als Team weiter zusammenzuwachsen. Phero ist geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt und entfloht, besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle gegen Schutzgebühr in sein neues Zuhause ziehen. Vielen Dank, Tina A.!
