Rocky was rehomed with us as a puppy about 5 years ago. Unfortunately, he is now losing his home for the second time. Rocky is looking for a home with experienced dog owners, preferably with herding dog experience. Rocky is approximately 55cm tall and is a rather quiet dog. He requires a certain amount of individual space and a structured daily routine with clear rules. Rocky is more of a background dog, not demanding much attention but still happy to be integrated and present. Rocky is very attuned to his person, more suited to a single person as he is very attached and tries to protect them and the house. This should be manageable. Rocky is very obedient and easy to train, but he is certainly not a dog for people who do not take his needs seriously. Those who apply for him should not hesitate to use a muzzle. But Rocky of course also has good sides, he is a friendly guy who likes to snuggle and play, he plays with balls, loves snow and water. He travels well in the car and is always very receptive to treats. Anyone who is willing to give Rocky a new home with a few rules can apply. He can be visited frequently in his current foster home. We will support the new family with advice and action! We would be happy if Rocky, despite his learned bad behavior, can still find a home where his "special effects" are taken into consideration.

Rocky wurde vor ca. 5 Jahren von uns als Welpe vermittelt. Leider verliert er nun zum zweiten mal sein Zuhause. Rocky sucht ein Zuhause bei hundeerfahrenen Menschen, gerne mit Herdenschutzhund-Erfahrung. Rocky ist ca. 55cm groß und ein eher ruhiger Hund. Er benötigt eine gewissen Individualdistanz und einen geregelten Tagesablauf mit Struktur und klaren Regeln. Rocky ist eher der Hund im Hintergrund, der nicht so viel Aufmerksamkeit verlangt aber dennoch gerne integriert und dabei ist. Rocky orientiert sich sehr an seinem Menschen, er ist eher der Hund für eine einzelne Person, denn an diese hängt er sich sehr und versucht sie und das Haus zu schützen. Damit sollte man umgehen können. Rocky ist sehr gehorsam und gut zu lenken, jedoch ist er sicher kein Hund für Menschen die ihn in seinen Bedürfnissen nicht ernst nehmen. Wer sich für ihn bewirbst sollte auch keine Scheu haben einen Maulkorb zu verwenden. Aber Rocky hat natürlich auch gute Seiten, er ist ein freundlicher Kerl der gerne schmust und tobt, er spielt mit Bällen, liebt Schnee und Wasser. Er fährt gut im Auto mit und für Leckerchen ist er natürlich jederzeit sehr empfänglich. Wer sich zutraut Rocky ein neues Zuhause, in dem es ein paar Regeln geben muss, zu geben der melde sich gerne. Er kann in seiner jetzigen Pflegesteller gerne, auch häufiger, besucht werden. Wir unterstützen die neue Familie ebenso mit Rat und Tat! Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Rocky trotz seines erlernten Fehlverhaltens, noch ein Zuhause findet indem man auf seine "special effects" Rücksicht nehmen kann.
