Rowan and his brother Rody were found together as strays and brought to Hokazo Foundation. Since then, the two have been inseparable. They love to snuggle together in a bed, play together, and cuddle up close to each other to sleep. They clearly support each other. Rowan was born around May 15, 2026. He is a tabby kitten and is still a bit cautious about the world. He is a bit reserved around people. However, he can be gently persuaded to let someone pet him and really enjoys it. This gives hope that with time, patience, and calmness, he will become more trusting. We are looking for a quiet home for Rowan and Rody to grow up together. Small children may be a bit overwhelming for Rody. Quiet, older children who understand that Rody doesn't immediately jump up on their lap would be a good fit. His new owners must give him the time and space to make contact at his own pace. We don't know how Rody reacts to dogs. What we do know is that he clearly values his brother as a trusted companion. Rowan en zijn broertje Rody zijn samen gevonden als zwervertjes en bij stichting Hokazo binnengebracht. Sindsdien trekken de twee veel met elkaar op. Ze liggen graag samen in een mandje, spelen samen en zoeken elkaar op om lekker dicht tegen elkaar aan te slapen. Aan elkaar hebben ze duidelijk steun. Rowan is geboren rond 15 mei 2026. Hij is een cypers kitten en kijkt de wereld voorlopig nog een beetje van een afstandje aan. Naar mensen toe is hij nog wat terughoudend. Toch laat hij zich voorzichtig overhalen tot een aai en kan daar zeker van genieten. Dat geeft goede hoop dat hij met tijd, rust en geduld steeds meer vertrouwen krijgt. Voor Rody en Rowan zoeken we daarom een rustig thuis waar ze samen mogen opgroeien. Kleine kinderen zijn waarschijnlijk wat spannend voor Rody. Rustige, wat oudere kinderen kunnen wel passen, zolang zij begrijpen dat Rody niet meteen vol vertrouwen op schoot springt. Zijn nieuwe mensen moeten hem de tijd en ruimte geven om op zijn eigen tempo contact te maken. Over honden weten we nog niet hoe Rody daarop reageert. Wat we wel weten, is dat hij zijn broertje als vertrouwd gezelschap duidelijk waardeert. Daarom worden Rody en Rowan uitsluitend samen geplaatst.
