Rudolf ja energinen ja hyväntuulinen koiraherra. Ihmisiin Rudolf suhtautuu ystävällisesti eikä ujostele uusiakaan tuttavuuksia. Vaikka Rudolf on hyvin kiltti luonteeltaan, löytyy häneltä myös omaa tahtoa, ja huumorintajua tämän nokkelan pojan kanssa tullaan todennäköisesti tarvitsemaan. Hoksottimet Rudolfilla pelaavat, ja fiksuna kaverina hän oppii nopeasti – niin hyvässä kuin pahassa. Jos omatahtoista Rudolfia ei huvita tehdä jotakin, ei hän helpolla sitä myöskään tee. Ruoalle perso Rudolf on kuitenkin hyvin motivoitavissa herkuilla, ja myös lelut toimivat hyvänä motivaattorina.
