She remained shy, even though she was cared for by humans for the past 10 years. She was recently captured because she had become emaciated. Blood tests showed that her thyroid levels did not match the norm. We were unable to administer medication. Therefore, we decided to have her thyroid removed. Mrs. Wagner has recovered well from the procedure and is now waiting for a loving home where she can spend the rest of her life. We are looking for people who can provide Mrs. Wagner with a comfortable retirement home but ask nothing in return. We wish for her a quiet retirement. This could be in a secure garden with access to a garage or a basement with people who can care for her but not get too close, or a large apartment where she would have options for retreat. Sie ist scheu geblieben, obwohl sie in den letzten 10 Jahren vom Menschen versorgt wurde. Sie wurde erst kürzlich gefangen, da sie abmagerte. Das Blutbild ergab, dass die Schilddrüsenwerte nicht der Norm entsprachen. Medikament konnte man ihr keine geben. Wir haben uns deshalb entschlossen, die Schilddrüse entfernen zu lassen.
