Sirocco - 10 months old and already a heartthrob Some dogs have something special. Something that makes you think: I'll never forget you. Sirocco is one of those dogs. This beautiful young Podenco, just 10 months old, has a character that simply makes you happy. He is cheerful, gentle, affectionate and surprisingly balanced for his age. Sirocco loves people. A walk? He's happy! A few lovely cuddles? Even better! Just being with you makes him very happy. He enjoys the smallest moments and likes to seek out the company of people. He is also a true friend to other dogs. Big, small, male or female... Sirocco finds everyone interesting and approaches other dogs enthusiastically and playfully. And just as beautiful: he understands the boundaries of other dogs well and adapts to them neatly. With children he is particularly nice: patient, cheerful and careful. What makes Sirocco so special is how easy he is to get along with. He picks up new routines quickly, respects the space of others and has adapted effortlessly from his first day in the shelter. Sirocco is ready for his next chapter. A chapter with walks, soft beds, cozy moments, attention, trust and a lot of love. Whoever gets to know Sirocco soon discovers that this special boy doesn't need much to be happy. A little attention, a nice place and people to love... that's all he really asks for.

Opvang Greet Input 9 augustus 2026: Sirocco – 10 maanden jong en nu al een hartendief Sommige honden hebben iets bijzonders. Iets waardoor je meteen denkt: jou vergeet ik niet meer. Sirocco is zo'n hond. Deze prachtige jonge podenco van slechts 10 maanden oud heeft een karakter waar je simpelweg blij van wordt. Hij is vrolijk, zachtaardig, aanhankelijk en verrassend evenwichtig voor zijn leeftijd. Sirocco is dol op mensen. Een wandeling? Graag! Een paar heerlijke knuffels? Nog liever! Gewoon lekker bij je zijn? Daar wordt hij helemaal gelukkig van. Hij geniet van de kleinste momenten en zoekt graag het gezelschap van mensen op. Ook met andere honden is hij een echte allemansvriend. Groot, klein, reu of teef… Sirocco vindt iedereen interessant en benadert andere honden enthousiast en speels. En minstens zo mooi: hij begrijpt de grenzen van andere honden goed en past zich daar netjes aan aan. Met kinderen is hij bijzonder fijn: geduldig, vrolijk en voorzichtig. Wat Sirocco zo speciaal maakt, is hoe gemakkelijk hij in de omgang is. Hij pikt nieuwe routines snel op, respecteert de ruimte van anderen en heeft zich vanaf zijn eerste dag in de opvang moeiteloos aangepast. Sirocco is klaar voor zijn volgende hoofdstuk.Een hoofdstuk met wandelingen, zachte mandjes, gezellige momenten, aandacht, vertrouwen en heel veel liefde.
