Spike is a mixed-breed male born in November 2025, who was abandoned along with his siblings Storm and Shadow, and the adult females Sophie and Sia, in front of the Serbian animal shelter in Svilos as puppies. Now Spike is looking for a caring family to spend his life with. Spike is a young energetic male full of joie de vivre. He is still very lively and sometimes a bit exuberant when he is excited about something. He is active, loves to move and is curious and wants to discover the world with all its exciting impressions. He especially enjoys toys and games where he can live out his energy. At the same time, Spike is very affectionate, friendly and people-oriented. He enjoys the attention of his humans, likes to be stroked and enjoys long cuddle sessions. With loving and patient guidance, he will develop into a great companion who likes to accompany his humans on their adventures. Spike gets along well with other dogs. He has not yet met cats and other animals, so we cannot assess his behavior towards them. We wish Spike an adventurous and loving family who wants to give him enough exercise, varied activities and at the same time the necessary rest and orientation.

Spike ist ein im November 2025 geborener Mischlingsrüde, der als Welpe gemeinsam mit seinen Geschwistern Storm und Shadow sowie den erwachsenen Hündinnen Sophie und Sia vor dem serbischen Tierheim in Svilos ausgesetzt wurde. Nun ist Spike auf der Suche nach einer fürsorglichen Familie, bei der er sein weiteres Leben verbringen darf. Spike ist ein junger Rüde voller Lebensfreude und Energie. Seinem Alter entsprechend ist er noch sehr temperamentvoll und manchmal etwas überschwänglich, wenn er sich über etwas freut. Er ist aktiv, bewegungsfreudig und neugierig und möchte die Welt mit all ihren spannenden Eindrücken entdecken. Besonders viel Freude bereiten ihm Spielzeug und gemeinsame Spiele, bei denen er seine Energie ausleben kann. Gleichzeitig zeigt sich Spike sehr zutraulich, freundlich und menschenbezogen. Er genießt die Aufmerksamkeit seiner Menschen, lässt sich gerne streicheln und freut sich über ausgiebige Kuscheleinheiten. Mit liebevoller und geduldiger Begleitung wird er sich zu einem tollen Begleiter entwickeln, der seine Menschen gerne bei gemeinsamen Unternehmungen begleitet. Mit anderen Hunden ist Spike gut verträglich. Katzen und andere Tiere kennt er bisher noch nicht, sodass wir sein Verhalten ihnen gegenüber nicht einschätzen können. Für Spike wünschen wir uns eine unternehmungslustige und liebevolle Familie, die ihm ausreichend Bewegung, abwechslungsreiche Beschäftigung und gleichzeitig die nötige Ruhe und Orientierung bieten möchte.
