If you all, who are thinking about adopting a cat but don't know which one to choose, were to sit across from me today... I would stand before you with a tight throat and tears in my eyes... I would tell you about one. About Sucharku. Because when we found him... he didn't look like a cat. He was lying in the grass near a big house... Bony. Bald. As if transparent. Less than 2 kg of sadness... and life that barely flickered. I didn't know him then yet. But the FeLV+ (feline leukemia) test result nailed my heart. Black thoughts appeared in my mind: "You won't save him, he's too sick," "He will stay in a cage for years," "He will block a spot for another in need," "No one will want him..." But he... insisted on living and we fought together. Today Sucharku is: after a CT scan, a dental procedure, full spaying and diagnostics. And he is: beautiful, soft, dressed in a new coat, polite, loving and with gratitude in his eyes and enthusiasm playing with toys and... with frustration. Because he is still closed off. He didn't deserve to be forgotten... I'm not looking for the perfect home. I'm looking for a person who will say: "Come here, Sucharku. Stay with me. You are enough. We will get through all this together - at home, on the couch." Gdybyście dziś – wszyscy, którzy myślicie o adopcji kota, ale nie wiecie którego wybrać – usiedli naprzeciwko mnie…Stanęłabym przed Wami, ze ściśniętym gardłem i łzami w oczach… Opowiem Wam o jednym. O Sucharku. Bo kiedy go znaleźliśmy… nie przypominał kota Leżał w trawie przy dużym domu… Kościsty. Łysy. Jakby przezroczysty. Niecałe 2 kg smutku… i życia, które ledwo się tliło Jeszcze go wtedy nie znałam. Ale wynik testu FeLV+ (białaczka) przygwoździł serce W głowie pojawiły się czarne myśli: „Nie uratujesz go, jest zbyt chory”, „Zostanie w klatce na lata”, ” Zablokuje miejsce innym w potrzebie, „Nikt go nie zechce…” Ale on… uparł się, że będzie żył i walczyliśmy razem Dziś Sucha,rek jest po: tomografii, zabiegu stomatologicznym, kastracji pełnej diagnostyce . I jest: piękny, mięciutki, przebrany w nowe futerko, grzeczny, kochający i z wdzięcznością w oczach oraz z zapałem bawiący się zabawkami i… z frustracją Bo nadal jest zamknięty. Nie zasłużył na zapomnienie…Nie szukam domu idealnego.Szukam człowieka, który powie:„Chodź, Sucharku.
