A dog who looks like someone took a terrier, stretched it like pasta, and added a touch of jambalaya charm. Result? A medium-sized, rather long chap with beautiful eyes that say, "Scratch my back, and you'll be my forever person." At the animal shelter, Szaruś is the voice of the entire neighborhood. A barking commentator on daily life. Who came? Who left? What's happening next door? He knows everything and won't hesitate to share. But a moment of moping in the right place, and he turns into a fluffy ball of love. Outside the animal shelter… well, Szaruś is a type: "I go out only if I'm in the mood, okay?" Sometimes he takes off on a brisk walk, and other times he stops five meters from the gate and looks: "Maybe we should go back? At least there, I know where my bowl is." We're looking for a quiet home for him, without noise, where he'll be understood that he's been through a lot and sometimes he can be withdrawn, but with patience and work, he'll become more confident and open to new adventures. A home where he can relax, get scratches, and maybe, with time, take a longer walk with someone he trusts. Pies, który wygląda jakby ktoś wziął terriera, rozciągnął go jak makaron i dorzucił odrobinę jamniczego uroku. Efekt? Średniej wielkości, całkiem długi chłopak o pięknych oczach które mówią „Drap mnie po tyłeczku, a będziesz moim człowiekiem na zawsze”. W schronisku Szaruś to głos całej dzielnicy. Szczekliwy komentator życia codziennego. Kto przyszedł? Kto wyszedł? Co tam słychać u sąsiadów? On wie wszystko i nie zawaha się o tym opowiedzieć. Ale wystarczy chwila miziania w odpowiednim miejscu, a robi się z niego puchata kluska miłości. Poza schroniskiem… cóż, Szaruś to typ: „ja wychodzę tylko jak mam nastrój, okej?”.
