Trinket brings a lot of love and smiles to his favourite people. He originally came into our care as a stray, and was left with a lot of anxieties by this experience. He is a joy to watch flourish and gain confidence, particularly enjoying a snuggle and some fuss throughout the day. Trinket is such a special boy who has learnt to be housetrained and is eager to please, but he might appreciate a slower approach with other aspects of home life such as car travel and being left home alone. He particularly enjoys snoozing (especially on the sofa!), sunbathing, and being near to his family. Once more comfortable he also loves a good play; running after his favourite toys and showing you some of his tricks. Trinket deserves to find a forever home that will love and appreciate him and help him flourish despite his worries. He is sure to give lots of love, affection, and silly moments in return! Trinket is a sensitive boy who is currently living in one of our foster homes. He is looking for a quieter house with a garden to build his confidence. Due to his worries he needs an adult only home, but could welcome visits from older children. Trinket enjoys spending time with other dogs and has potential to live with one a similar size to him, as long as they get on well in meets prior to adoption. He’s not one for lots of walks as he can get overwhelmed by environments away from his safe space. With a patient family and the support of our training team he would like to work through this at a pace that suits him.
