I am Ursu, a Romanian tomcat - formerly a street cat. One cold winter morning I injured myself, how exactly no one knows. I stood up meowing in the garden of a kind animal lover. She opened her door and I limped into the house on three legs as if I had never lived anywhere else. She fed me, I could warm up and she treated my wound. Now everything is healed and I have no problems with walking. So now I am ready to move to my forever home. Since I currently have access to a safe garden here, I would like something similar in my future home. Outdoor time in a secure environment after sufficient acclimatization is also possible. You can discuss all this with my caregiver. I do not want to be placed in single housing, so if you don't already have a cat companion of the same age, please ask my caregiver, she knows my friends here. My foster mom says I like to play boss, but get along well with all cats. Of course, I am already neutered. I received the first vaccinations (distemper, rhinotracheitis and rabies) and have been chipped. In addition, I have received spot-on treatment and deworming. I was tested negative for FIV and FELV via a rapid test. You can read all this in my EU pet passport.

Hallo du lieber Mensch, ich bin Ursu, ein rumänischer Kater – ehemals Straßenkater. Doch eines kalten Wintermorgens verletzte ich mich, wie genau, kann niemand sagen. Ich stand auf einmal miauend im Garten einer lieben Tierschützerin. Sie öffnete ihre Haustür und ich humpelte auf drei Beinen ins Haus als ob ich nie woanders gewohnt hätte. Sie gab mir zu essen, ich konnte mich aufwärmen und sie versorgte meine Wunde. Mittlerweile ist alles verheilt und ich habe keine Probleme mit dem Laufen. Nun bin ich also bereit in mein Für-Immer-Zuhause umzuziehen. Da ich hier zur Zeit Zugang zu einem sicheren Garten habe würde ich mir Ewas Ähnliches in meinem zukünftigen Zuhause wünschen. Freigang in sicherer Umgebung nach genügend Eingewöhnungszeit ist auch denkbar. Das kannst du alles mit meiner Vermittlerin besprechen. Ich möchte nicht in Einzelhaltung vermittelt werden, wenn du also noch keinen Katzenkumpel im selben Alter hast dann frag bitte meine Vermittlerin, sie kennt meine Kumpels hier. Meine Pflegemama sagt, dass ich gerne den Boss spiele, aber mit allen Katzen gut klar komme. Natürlich bin ich bereits kastriert. Ich habe die ersten Impfungen erhalten (Katzenseuche, Katzenschnupfen und Tollwut) und bin gechipt. Außerdem habe ich noch Spot on und Wurmkur bekommen.
