Bibi is a 2-year-old German Shepherd without a pedigree, for whom we are looking for a new, suitable home. She is a young, active and people-oriented female dog. She is friendly and unobtrusive towards people and children. Encounters with other dogs have also been no problem so far. Unfortunately, a serious conflict has developed during her development with our older female dog Kiki. Despite our efforts over several months, the situation has not improved. In the meantime, there have been two serious fights between the two female dog with injuries that had to be treated and sutured by a veterinarian. It is important to emphasize that we have experienced this behavior exclusively in living with our own female dog. Bibi has not shown this behavior towards people, children or other dogs so far. Since a child lives in our household and we must now permanently separate the two female dog, we can no longer justify the situation in the long term. The constant stress is not a good living situation for either Bibi or Kiki. What we are looking for for Bibi We are looking for a responsible, loving home for her with people who have experience with German Shepherds or large, active dogs and are willing to give her time, security and consistent leadership. Based on our experience, we would currently prefer a place without another female dog in the same household for Bibi. It is not about getting Bibi off as quickly as possible. Steckbrief – Bibi sucht ein neues Zuhause Name: Bibi Rasse: Deutsche Schäferhündin, ohne Stammbaum Alter: ca. 2 Jahre Geschlecht: weiblich Kastriert: nein Gechippt: ja Geimpft: ja EU-Heimtierausweis: vorhanden Bibi ist eine ca. 2 Jahre alte Deutsche Schäferhündin, für die wir schweren Herzens ein neues, passendes Zuhause suchen. Sie ist eine junge, aktive und menschenbezogene Hündin. Gegenüber Menschen und Kindern zeigt sie sich freundlich und unauffällig. Auch Begegnungen mit anderen Hunden waren bisher grundsätzlich kein Problem. Leider hat sich während ihrer Entwicklung ein ernsthafter Konflikt mit unserer älteren Hündin Kiki entwickelt. Trotz unserer Bemühungen über mehrere Monate hat sich die Situation nicht verbessert. Zwischen den beiden Hündinnen kam es inzwischen zu zwei ernsthaften Auseinandersetzungen mit Verletzungen, die tierärztlich behandelt und genäht werden mussten. Wichtig ist uns dabei zu betonen, dass wir dieses Verhalten bisher ausschließlich im Zusammenleben mit unserer eigenen Hündin erlebt haben. Gegenüber Menschen, Kindern oder anderen Hunden hat Bibi dieses Verhalten bisher nicht gezeigt. Da auch ein Kind in unserem Haushalt lebt und wir inzwischen beide Hündinnen dauerhaft voneinander trennen müssen, können wir die Situation auf Dauer nicht mehr verantworten. Der ständige Stress ist weder für Bibi noch für Kiki eine gute Lebenssituation. Was wir für Bibi suchen Wir wünschen uns für sie ein verantwortungsbewusstes, liebevolles Zuhause bei Menschen, die Erfahrung mit Schäferhunden bzw. großen, aktiven Hunden haben und bereit sind, ihr Zeit, Sicherheit und konsequente Führung zu geben. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen würden wir für Bibi aktuell bevorzugt einen Platz ohne weitere Hündin im selben Haushalt suchen. Uns geht es nicht darum, Bibi möglichst schnell abzugeben. Wir möchten den Menschen finden, bei dem sie wirklich dauerhaft ankommen kann. Bibi ist gechippt, geimpft und besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis.
