Ele tem três anos e cheio de potencial, ele só precisa de seu herói vir conhecê-lo. Suas necessidades são bastante específicas, mas você será recompensado com uma vida inteira de amor e lealdade e é garantido alguns risos no caminho. Baxter é incrivelmente inteligente e é um menino muito carinhoso uma vez que se acostuma com você. Ele adora as sessões de treinamento com seu melhor amigo Rachel e fez grandes progressos, aprendendo a controlar seus impulsos de garoto bobo! Ele anda muito bem na coleira e gosta da companhia de outros cães, mas ele é muito físico no jogo para ser solto com eles e como ele é um cão muito forte temos que ter cuidado para que ele não fique muito empolgado e acidentalmente incomode alguém! Ele adora brincar com seus brinquedos e aprendeu a se acalmar felizmente sozinho, bastante contente com sua própria companhia. Baxter trabalhou muito para se tornar o amigo maravilhoso que é e isso nos ajudou a formular planos de treinamento para ele em casa. Ele é um cachorro muito carinhoso e merece encontrar sua própria família, eles só precisam ser fortes e dispostos a fazer algum treinamento! Baxter está procurando por um lar onde as crianças sejam maiores de 16 anos e ele seja o único animal de estimação. Sua família precisará se comprometer com treinamentos contínuos para trabalhar no controle de seus impulsos e habilidades sociais. Baxter está totalmente treinado para ficar em casa, mas pode precisar de um reforço, e ele gosta de passar algum tempo sozinho, embora esse tempo possa ter que ser construído gradualmente enquanto ele se acostuma.

With incredibly expressive ears that tell you just what he is thinking, Baxter is one of the most recognizable dogs at the centre and is not short of an admirer or two. With a fondness for training, lots of potential and bags of personality he is ready and waiting for his hero adopter to come and meet him so that he can reward them with a lifetime of love and devotion, and more than a few laughs along the way! Baxter and his trainer and best pal Rachel are a well known double act here at the centre and he has recently been enjoying the luxuries of Rachel’s home in foster. Rachel says that he has made incredible progress and although he still has the odd daft lad impulse, he has been a pleasure to have and cuddle up with at home. Despite his size and power he walks beautifully on lead and enjoys the company of four legged walking buds, although this should be kept to on lead meetings as he can get a little OTT. At Rachel’s house he has shown that he is more than content in his own company and settles himself nicely. Baxter has worked so hard to become the wonderful companion that we know he will be. He is a loving and incredibly lovable dog who has waited a long time to find the family he so deserves. Baxter is looking for a home where any children are over 16 and he can be the only pet. His family will need to be committed to following his ongoing training plan to give him the best possible chance at settling into his new home. Baxter is fully house trained and does enjoy some solo time, so once settled could be left long enough to fit around standard working hours.
