As there are two things that really make me happy, it's eating and playing! Give me a nice meal or a fun toy and my day can't get any better. Together with my sisters, I love to run after each other, climb everywhere and make every day one big adventure. Sometimes I still get startled by an unexpected noise or a new situation. Fortunately, that usually doesn't last long. With a nice treat or something else tasty, I'm curious enough to come and see what's going on. My curiosity almost always wins in the end. After a day full of playing and discovering, I like to find a spot close to my people to rest. I don't lie on my lap yet, but I do enjoy being near you. With people I know well, I feel completely at ease. Then I play happily around and over you and show how nice I am. I find new people a bit scary at first. I take a moment to observe, but if I notice everything is safe, I quickly join in the fun. I don't need any special care and there are no behavioral problems to consider. In my foster home, I'm curious about the adult cat and that's going great. Because I sometimes get startled by loud noises, I think a quiet family with older children would be better for me than a house with very young children. My ideal home is a loving family that gives me time to get used to things at my own pace. If I can discover my new home at my own pace, you'll see that I'll become a more and more outgoing, playful housemate. It would be extra fun if I could move with one of my sisters, these are Heide, Salie and Munt. Playing, romping and then sleeping close together is the best. Als er twee dingen zijn waar ik écht blij van word, dan zijn het eten en spelen! Geef mij een lekker maaltje of een leuk speeltje en mijn dag kan niet meer stuk. Samen met mijn zusjes ren ik het liefst achter elkaar aan, klim ik overal op en maak ik van iedere dag één groot avontuur. Soms schrik ik nog weleens van een onverwacht geluid of een nieuwe situatie. Gelukkig duurt dat meestal niet lang. Met een lekker snoepje of iets anders lekkers ben ik al snel weer nieuwsgierig genoeg om te komen kijken wat er allemaal gebeurt. Mijn nieuwsgierigheid wint het uiteindelijk bijna altijd. Na een dag vol spelen en ontdekken zoek ik graag een plekje dicht bij mijn mensen om uit te rusten. Op schoot liggen doe ik nog niet, maar ik vind het wel gezellig om bij je in de buurt te zijn. Bij de mensen die ik goed ken voel ik me helemaal op mijn gemak. Dan speel ik vrolijk om en over je heen en laat ik zien hoe gezellig ik ben. Nieuwe mensen vind ik in het begin nog een beetje spannend. Ik kijk eerst even de kat uit de boom, maar als ik merk dat alles veilig is, doe ik al snel gezellig mee met spelen. Ik heb geen speciale zorg nodig en er zijn geen gedragsproblemen waar je rekening mee hoeft te houden. In mijn gastgezin ben ik nieuwsgierig naar de volwassen kat en dat gaat hartstikke goed. Omdat ik soms schrik van harde geluiden, denk ik dat een rustig gezin met oudere kinderen beter bij mij past dan een huis met hele jonge kinderen. Mijn ideale thuis is een liefdevol gezin dat mij de tijd geeft om rustig te wennen. Als ik op mijn eigen tempo mag ontdekken hoe fijn mijn nieuwe thuis is, zul je zien dat ik steeds meer uit mijn schulp kruip en een vrolijke, speelse huisgenoot word. Het zou natuurlijk extra leuk zijn als ik samen met een van mijn zusjes mag verhuizen, dit zijn Heide, Salie en Munt.
