Hi, may I introduce myself? I am Mordor. My name sounds very dark and exciting, but I am exactly the opposite. Except for my beautiful black coat, which matches my name, I am mostly a huge sweetheart. I am crazy about getting attention and reward you generously with purrs for it. I also love playing a lot; it's great to chase a ball or be challenged by a swaying fishing rod! So, I hope you are a little bit into that too, because then we will be thick friends. If you don't have time for me for a while, I will give my beautiful coat a good cleaning or take a nap, no problem. But when you are back, I would be happy to be near you, cozy, right? I would think it would be the most fun to eventually have a garden or balcony where I can take a fresh breath and run around comfortably. Tip from the people here: since I am not yet allowed outside, keep a very close eye on me, because I am known for my escape attempts. I just don't like being confined, isn't that logical? And even though I have a nice room and great staff here, I look forward to someone coming to free me and take me to OUR new home. See you soon! Will you offer me a home? Hi, mag ik me even voorstellen, ik ben Mordor. Mijn naam klinkt heel duister en spannend, maar ik ben precies het tegenovergestelde daarvan. Alleen mijn prachtige zwarte vacht klopt bij mij de naam, maar verder ben ik vooral een enorme lieverd. Ik ben gek op aandacht krijgen en beloon je daarvoor rijkelijk met kopjes. Ik hou ook erg van spelen; lekker achter een balletje aanjagen of uitgedaagd worden door een zwiepende hengel, heerlijk! Ik hoop dus wel dat jij daar ook een beetje zin in hebt, want dan worden wij dikke vrienden. Als je even geen tijd voor me hebt dan was ik mijn mooie vacht nog eens goed schoon of ik doe een dutje, geen probleem. Maar als je er dan wel weer bent, dan ben ik graag bij je in de buurt, gezellig toch? Ik zou het wel te gek vinden om uiteindelijk een tuin of balkon te hebben waar ik een frisse neus kan halen en lekker kan rondrennen. Tip van de mensen hier: zolang ik nog niet naar buiten mag, hou mij dan supergoed in de gaten, want ik sta bekend om mijn ontsnappogingen. Ik hou er gewoon niet van om opgesloten te zitten, best logisch toch?
