He still needs some training, but is always friendly. Children in the household should be sturdy due to his size. Unfortunately, Balou has eye and skin problems due to his history. He needs regular eye ointment and does not see very well. He is on medication for his skin and is well-adjusted. Both the ointment and medication are administered well. Der freundliche Balou hatte bisher kein so schönes Leben, denn er wurde sehr vernachlässigt und deshalb seinem ehemaligen Besitzer amtlich weggenommen. Balou ist 7 Jahre alt, gechippt, geimpft, nicht kastriert. Er ist ein lieber, ruhiger Hund, geht gerne spazieren und findet sich nach der Eingewöhnung gut zurecht. Mit Hündinnen verträgt er sich gut, bei Rüden entscheidet die Sympathie. Er braucht noch etwas Erziehung, ist aber immer freundlich. Kinder im Haushalt sollten aufgrund seiner Masse schon standfest sein. Leider hat Balou aufgrund seiner Vorgeschichte Probleme mit den Augen und der Haut. Er muss regelmäßig Augensalbe bekommen und sieht auch nicht mehr sehr gut. Für die Haut bekommt er Tabletten und ist gut eingestellt.
