Adopt Bonnie

Mixed Breed Cat · Female · Kitten

Meet Billy and Bonnie, the Black Bandits. This brother-sister duo are guilty of crimes of cutlriosity, fierceness, and cuteness! Billy (The Kit) and Bonnie (the Blackheart) turn their youthful energy to audacious activities of wrestling, running, jumping, climbing, and getting into places they shouldn't! No treat or toy is safe from their attention- they will fiercely fight and brazenly steal until they're exhausted on the floor. They get away with their terrible crime sprees by being incredibly cute and friendly, charming their way out of any trouble. They get along famously of course, and need to join a new family together. As convicted kittens, their family should be prepared to give them lots to do and love them in spite of any natural naughtiness. These kittens have a huge amount of cuddly affection to give, demanding cuddles and purring up a storm when the mood strikes them. Can you permanently harbour these incorrigible feline felons and abet their cute crimes?

About Bonnie

What life with Bonnie looks like

Bonnie is a extra-large puppy/kitten mixed breed cat cat waiting at RSPCA Coventry and District Branch in United Kingdom.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Bonnie, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Bonnie?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. RSPCA Coventry and District Branch handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Bonnie on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Bonnie if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — RSPCA Coventry and District Branch will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Bonnie already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Bonnie isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with RSPCA Coventry and District Branch early rather than rehoming privately; they know Bonnie and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (the shelter's own language). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
