Hello, my name is Buddy and I’m a beautiful 3-year-old boy. I am looking for my new furrever home as I am not getting on with the other cats in my home. Could I be the purrfect boy for you? My personality: The first thing that you need to know about me is that I am deaf – this means I can be startled by things or people as I don’t hear you coming! I’m a very friendly boy once I get to know you, but I can swipe out if I am surprised by something. I’m very sweet and affectionate and have the loudest purr! I’ve got bags of energy, so I get the zoomies and my favourite activity is hunting flies! I’ll need a home with lots of enrichment to keep me happy and entertained. Children: Due to my deafness, I’d be happiest living with sensible older children who can be gentle with me. Young children tend to spook me! Other animals: As previously mentioned, I don’t get on with other cats and I wouldn’t like to share my home with dogs, so I’ll need to be the only pet, please. Additional needs: As I am deaf, I will need either a secure cat-proof garden or an outdoor enclosure that I can access freely. I love my outside time but will need to be kept safe from outdoor hazards such as cars or other animals as I will not be able to hear them approaching.
