Eyra is approximately 7 months old and a real whirlwind: playful, cuddly, and always ready for any nonsense. She loves walks—outdoors offers her endless discoveries, everything is exciting and interesting. When meeting other dogs, she shows curiosity and would most like to make direct contact. Whether a game results from this depends on the chemistry—her motivation, however, is always: play, play, play. In the house, she initially behaves respectfully towards other dogs, even if they growl or bark at her. Nevertheless, she constantly seeks contact to encourage play. By the way, Eyra finds cats fantastic. The house training is already partially working, but needs to be further practiced. Currently, being alone is very difficult for her—she needs the proximity and security of her primary caregiver and would rather be everywhere with her. She is not suitable for households with small children (she jumps high and is still quite wild and “teethy” during play). She is very smart, eager to learn, and needs consistent training as well as mental stimulation. A garden would be ideal for her. She needs people with time, patience, and a desire to work with her. Eyra brings incredible potential and will become a fantastic companion with the right guidance. Her story begins sadly: Eyra and her siblings were found together on an abandoned farm. Originally, there were seven puppies, but unfortunately, two of them did not survive the harsh conditions without protection and adequate care. Eyra and the remaining siblings were secured and found refuge in the our shelter. Today, Eyra is about 45 cm tall and brings a lot of curiosity, learning joy, and potential despite her difficult start. With the right guidance and a stable environment, she can develop into a loyal and reliable companion. For Eyra, we wish for a quiet, structured home where she can find orientation and learn step by step to take responsibility. People with dog experience, patience, and joy in consistent, positive training will have a fascinating young female dog by their side. Eyra is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, treated for fleas, and has an EU pet passport.

Eyra ist eine etwa 11 Monate alte Junghündin mit einer Schulterhöhe von ca. 52 cm. Sie ist fröhlich, neugierig, verschmust und voller Lebensfreude. Menschen begegnet sie offen und freundlich, genießt jede Streicheleinheit und sucht gerne die Nähe ihrer Bezugspersonen. Ihr Start ins Leben war alles andere als einfach. Gemeinsam mit ihren Geschwistern wurde Eyra auf einem verlassenen Hof gefunden und anschließend in einem Shelter untergebracht. Trotz dieser Vergangenheit hat sie sich ihre Offenheit und ihre Freude am Leben bewahrt. In ihrer Pflegestelle entwickelt sich Eyra jeden Tag ein Stück weiter. Mit anderen Hunden zeigt sie sich sozial und verspielt, auch Katzen begegnet sie freundlich. Typisch für ihr Alter möchte sie die Welt entdecken und steckt voller Energie. Gleichzeitig braucht sie Menschen, die ihr mit Ruhe, Geduld und klarer Führung zeigen, welche Regeln im Alltag gelten. Der Besuch einer Hundeschule oder ein begleitendes Einzeltraining würden ihre weitere Entwicklung sinnvoll unterstützen. Draußen arbeitet ihre Nase auf Hochtouren. Mäuse und Vögel findet sie besonders spannend, weshalb sie bereits Jagdverhalten zeigt. Mit der richtigen Anleitung lässt sie sich jedoch gut an ihrem Menschen orientieren und arbeitet gerne mit ihm zusammen. Wie viele Junghunde testet Eyra ihre Grenzen aus. Wenn sie etwas nicht möchte oder überdreht ist, schnappt sie schon einmal nach ihrer Leine oder im Spiel nach Händen oder Kleidung. Dieses altersentsprechende Verhalten lässt sich mit ruhiger, klarer Kommunikation gut lenken. Aggressives Verhalten zeigt sie dabei nicht. Die Stubenreinheit klappt bereits gut. Das Alleinebleiben und Autofahren müssen hingegen noch weiter geübt werden. Mit Geduld und konsequenter Begleitung wird Eyra auch diese Herausforderungen Schritt für Schritt meistern. Für Eyra suchen wir aktive, möglichst hundeerfahrene Menschen, die Freude daran haben, gemeinsam mit ihr zu lernen und zu wachsen. Aufgrund ihrer stürmischen Art sehen wir sie derzeit nicht in einem Haushalt mit kleinen Kindern.
