Adopt Flynn

Poodle · Male · Young · 2 years

Behind Flynn’s shy exterior is a lovely young dog just waiting to blossom. He can be nervous when meeting new people, so his new family should expect to keep visitors to a minimum at first while he settles. Flynn is an independent soul who enjoys choosing when to interact, making every little moment of trust feel extra special. He may not be interested in toys right now, but as his confidence grows there is every chance new hobbies and interests will emerge. Flynn is simply looking for patient adopters who will celebrate the small wins and enjoy watching him grow into himself. Home requirements: Flynn is a two-year-old Poodle cross looking for a peaceful, patient home where life moves at a gentle pace. Having had a very sheltered start to life, he will need patient adopters who can give him the time and kindness to build confidence slowly and safely. A home with a secure garden is essential, giving him his own outdoor space while he learns about the world and continues his housetraining. Flynn is still very new to lead walking and travel, so he needs adopters who are happy to take things step by step, introducing walks, car journeys and busier places gradually and positively. A quieter residential or rural location with low traffic would suit him best, and he could live with sensible secondary school aged children who understand when he needs space. Flynn would also really benefit from living with a calm, confident dog who can quietly show him the ropes and help him feel more secure - whether that's a fellow dog from the centre or a dog in the home. Available at Shoreham (Sussex), Shoreham by Sea
