It turned out that I’d already been neutered and chipped—but unfortunately, my chip isn’t registered anywhere, so my humans couldn’t be identified. Also, no one has yet come forward through the lost-and-found animal database. Although there are still a few days left before I’m allowed to move into my new home as a found cat in mid-July, I’m already longing for a real forever home—though everyone here is very kind, having your own place is just something completely different. That’s why I’ve started looking around a bit for my forever spot. I’m about two years old and a friendly, easygoing tomcat. I get along well with other cats and am a pleasant roommate in the cat house, thoroughly enjoying the company of people and cuddles. However, I really don’t like hustle and bustle—I’m a calm, velvet-pawed feline, and too much excitement would quickly overwhelm me. That’s why I’d love a rather quiet environment, preferably without small children, as that would simply be far too stressful for me. Once I’ve settled in, I’d love to enjoy outdoor access again—exploring nature, observing my surroundings, and then returning safely to my cozy home—that’s simply part of what makes a happy cat’s life for me. Why don’t you drop by the cat house on Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m. and talk everything over with Isabella?

Die Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich bereits kastriert und gechippt war, aber leider ist mein Chip nirgendwo registriert, sodass meine Menschen nicht ermittelt werden konnten. Auch über die Fundtierdatenbank hat sich bisher niemand gemeldet. Nun sind es zwar noch ein paar Tage, bis ich als Fundkater Mitte Juli ausziehen darf, aber ich wünsche mir schon ein richtiges Zuhause - hier sind zwar alle sehr lieb, aber ein eigenes Daheim ist einfach etwas ganz anderes. Deshalb mache ich mich schon ein wenig auf die Suche nach meinem Für-immer-Platz. Ich bin etwa zwei Jahre alt und ein freundlicher, unkomplizierter Kater. Mit anderen Katzen verstehe ich mich gut und zeige mich im Katzenhaus als angenehmer Mitbewohner, der die Nähe von Menschen und Streicheleinheiten sehr genießt. Hektik mag ich allerdings gar nicht - ich bin eine ruhige Samtpfote und mit zu viel Trubel wäre ich schnell überfordert - daher wünsche ich mir eine eher ruhige Umgebung, auch bitte ohne kleine Kinder, das wäre mir einfach viel zu stressig. Nach meiner Eingewöhnung würde ich gerne wieder Freigang genießen können - die Natur erkunden, meine Umgebung beobachten und anschließend in mein sicheres Zuhause zurückkehren - das gehört für mich einfach zu einem glücklichen Katzenleben dazu. Besucht mich doch mal freitags von 15 bis 17 Uhr im Katzenhaus und besprecht alles mit Isabella.
