Zwężenie przestrzeni międzykręgowej L7-S1. Zwężenie i zatarcie przestrzeni międzykręgowej L4-5. Zmiany zwyrodnieniowe o charakterze wytwórczym na dobrzusznej powierzchni trzonów kręgów L4-5 i L7-S1.
