Er wurde in einem Dorf abgegeben – mit dem Vorwurf, Schafe gerissen zu haben. Doch was wir hier im Shelter sehen, passt so gar nicht zu dieser Geschichte. Keine Spur von Aggression – weder gegenüber anderen Hunden noch gegenüber anderen Tieren. Im Gegenteil: Er zeigt sich freundlich, verträglich und angenehm zurückhaltend. Wir vermuten stark, dass die Vorwürfe eher ein Vorwand waren, um ihn loszuwerden, ohne selbst als „der Böse“ dazustehen. Unser sanfter, wuscheliger Joe ist ein eher ruhiger Vertreter. Er liebt es, in der Sonne zu liegen, sich kraulen zu lassen und einfach dabei zu sein. Sein schönes, dichtes Fell braucht ab und an etwas Pflege – das Bürsten genießt er sichtlich. Wir wünschen uns für ihn ein liebevolles Zuhause am Stadtrand oder im ländlichen Raum, wo er in Ruhe ankommen und einfach Hund sein darf. Menschen, die seine feine Seele zu schätzen wissen und ihm mit Geduld und Liebe zeigen, wie schön ein richtiges Zuhause sein kann.
