June: Kuschelmaus is looking for her permanent "Forever Home" May I introduce myself? I am the loving June! I am a young female cat (born on 15.07.2024) and a real sweetheart. Together with my friend Trixie, we were once allowed to move into a home as kittens, but since December 2025, we are both unfortunately back at our shelter. Now I am looking for people who will never give me up again! I am what they call a true heart cat. I am very people-friendly and love to snuggle extensively. If you sit next to me, I will enjoy every stroke to the fullest. But don't worry, it won't get boring with me – I am young and have a playful, curious side too! Don't let the term Calici-Virus deter you! It belongs to the cat cold complex. Currently, I am fit and lively. It simply means that I can only move to another Calici-positive cat (that's why I bring my friend directly with me!) and that you need to pay a little extra attention to my immune system (e.g., through good food and little stress). For people and other animal species (like dogs), the virus is absolutely harmless. Many Calici cats lead a long, happy life with good care! Would you like to meet me and one of my friends? June: Kuschelmaus sucht ihr endgültiges „Für-immer-Zuhause“ Darf ich mich vorstellen? Ich bin die liebe June! Ich bin eine junge Katzendame (geboren am 15.07.2024) und eine ganz feine Seele. Zusammen mit meiner Freundin Trixie durfte ich als Kitten schon einmal in ein Zuhause ziehen, seit Dezember 2025 sind wir beide leider wieder zurück im Tierheim. Jetzt suche ich Menschen, die mich nie wieder hergeben! Ich bin das, was man eine echte Herzenskatze nennt. Ich bin sehr menschenfreundlich und liebe es, ausgiebig zu schmusen. Wenn du dich zu mir setzt, genieße ich jede Streicheleinheit in vollen Zügen. Aber keine Sorge, langweilig wird es mit mir nicht – ich bin jung und habe natürlich auch eine verspielte, neugierige Seite! Lass dich von dem Begriff nicht abschrecken! Das Calici-Virus gehört zum Katzenschnupfen-Komplex. Aktuell bin ich fit und munter. Es bedeutet lediglich, dass ich nur zu anderen Calici-positiven Katzen ziehen darf (deshalb bringe ich meine Freundin direkt mit!) und dass du ein wenig auf mein Immunsystem achtest (z.B. durch gutes Futter und wenig Stress). Für Menschen und andere Tierarten (wie Hunde) ist das Virus absolut ungefährlich. Viele Calici-Katzen führen bei guter Pflege ein langes, glückliches Leben!
