Kira ist ein kleines Hundemädchen mit viel Potenzial. Mit ihren etwa 3 Monaten zeigt sie sich welpentypisch verspielt und neugierig. Mit anderen Hunden ist sie gut verträglich. Menschen gegenüber ist Kira momentan noch etwas zurückhaltend. Gerade deshalb braucht sie regelmäßigen, positiven Kontakt zu Menschen, um Vertrauen aufzubauen und zunehmend sicherer zu werden. Im stressigen Shelteralltag gibt es dafür leider nur begrenzte Möglichkeiten. Umso wichtiger wäre es für die kleine Kira, möglichst bald in ein liebevolles Zuhause oder auf eine Pflegestelle reisen zu dürfen. Kira wurde gemeinsam mit ihrer Schwester Faye von Andras und seiner Frau aus dem Wald gerettet. Nun lebt sie in unserem privaten Shelter in Zalău und wartet darauf, dass sich für sie die richtige Familie findet. Wenn Kira in ihr neues Zuhause zieht, wird für sie vieles neu sein. Stubenreinheit, Leinenführigkeit, Autofahren, Haushaltsgeräusche und die vielen kleinen Regeln des Alltags muss sie erst kennenlernen. Wie jeder Welpe braucht sie dabei Geduld, positive Verstärkung und ein liebevolles, konsequentes Heranführen an ihr neues Leben. Eine positiv arbeitende Hundeschule kann Kira und ihre Menschen dabei wunderbar unterstützen. Auch die Pubertät steht für Kira noch bevor. In dieser Phase können Grenzen ausprobiert werden, die Aufmerksamkeit lässt manchmal nach und bereits Gelerntes scheint vorübergehend wieder vergessen. Das gehört zur Entwicklung dazu und braucht vor allem Geduld, Verständnis und eine klare, verlässliche Führung. Für Kira wünschen wir uns Menschen, die ihr Zeit geben, Vertrauen aufzubauen und in ihrem eigenen Tempo anzukommen. Sie sollte möglichst viel am Familienleben teilnehmen dürfen und ausreichend Zeit mit ihren Menschen verbringen können. Ein Zuhause, in dem sie viele positive Erfahrungen sammeln und Schritt für Schritt zu einer sicheren jungen Hündin heranwachsen darf, wäre für sie besonders wichtig.
