ARMAS LEENI IS SEEKING FRIENDS! Brave tabby Leeni arrived at Pesaleidja Cat Shelter on 30.01.2026 from Paunküla village, Kose parish. Leeni is believed to have been born in September 2024. Leenike has a beautiful tabby coat with orange spots, and there is even one cute orange spot on her face. Her coat is clean, well-maintained, and short. Leeni is not yet 100% sure of people and currently watches them a bit from a distance. However, there is interest! And the interest is not only towards people, but also towards playing! The kitten loves to play! Whether it's with a feather toy or a ball. Now, the lovely Leeni is waiting for a friend, someone who would like to play with her at home and through this help the kitten build trust towards people. If you want to be a friend and future family member of the lovely Leeni, please complete the pet adoption questionnaire. After that, we will invite you to visit and introduce you to Leeni. If you cannot adopt this lovely cat, but would like to become a sponsor and pay for her upkeep costs, read more about it HERE.

Kuid huvi on!

About Leeni

What life with Leeni looks like

Leeni is a puppy/kitten mixed breed cat waiting at Pesaleidja MTÜ in Pesaleidja.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇪🇪Adopting from Estonia

The shelter typically completes the animal's vaccinations, microchipping, and pet passport before adoption. Specific fees and process details vary by shelter and country — confirm directly via the contact details in the sidebar.

Frequently asked

Adopting Leeni, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Leeni?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Pesaleidja MTÜ handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Leeni on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Leeni if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Pesaleidja MTÜ will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Leeni already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Leeni isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Pesaleidja MTÜ early rather than rehoming privately; they know Leeni and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (ET). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
