A mixed-breed unspayed female dog, born 2024, height: 45 cm | weight: 15 kg Children: see text | cats: unknown | dogs: see text vaccinated | chipped available for adoption after suitable introduction. Mara is a mixed-breed female dog, born in 2024, who came to our shelter as a found animal. The knee-high dog lady is initially reserved and shy around strangers, but warms up quickly and shows her friendly and nice nature. Mara walks nicely on a leash and is very open and curious about her environment. With a little patience and good "payment", getting into the car is no problem. She is rather aggressive and overbearing towards other dogs. We could imagine her as a second dog to confident and self-assured dogs that are physically equal or superior to her, as she gets along much better with such dogs. However, she would bully smaller, weaker dogs. Not too small children who give her some time should not be a problem and we could also imagine living together. We are looking for an active, adventurous household in a rural area for the young female dog.

Mara ist eine ca. 2024 geborene Mischlings-Hündin, die als Fundtier zu uns ins Tierheim kam. Die kniehohe Hundedame ist bei fremden Menschen anfangs eher zurückhaltend und schüchtern, taut aber recht rasch auf und zeigt dann ihr freundliches und nettes Wesen. Mara geht recht brav an der Leine und zeigt sich der Umwelt gegenüber sehr offen und neugierig. Mit ein bisschen Geduld und guter „Bezahlung“ ist auch das Einsteigen ins Auto kein Problem. Gegenüber anderen Hunden zeigt sie sich hier eher rüpelig und übergriffig. Zu souveränen und selbstsicheren Hunden, die ihr körperlich gewachsen oder überlegen sind, könnten wir sie uns als Zweithund unter Umständen aber vorstellen, denn mit solchen Hunden kommt sie deutlich besser zurecht. Kleinere, schwächere Hunde würde sie jedoch eher mobben. Nicht zu kleine Kinder, die ihr ein bisschen Zeit geben, sollten auch kein Problem darstellen und wir könnten uns auch das Zusammenleben vorstellen. Wir suchen für die junge Hündin einen eher aktiven, unternehmungsfreudigen Haushalt im eher ländlichen Bereich.
