Max would thrive in an active home with adopters who are keen to continue his training and involve him in daily activities. Max is a young, energetic boy looking for an active home full of fun and adventure. He would be best suited to a household with children aged 14+ who are confident around lively, bouncy dogs. Max can be left alone for short periods and was previously housetrained, though this may need a little refresher as he settles into his new environment. He could potentially live with another playful dog, pending a successful meet at the centre. At heart, Max is a big puppy who can get a little overexcited. He may jump up and try to lick people’s faces when greeting them, especially if he’s encouraged or becomes overstimulated. He’ll benefit from continued training to help him learn calmer ways to interact. Max also has a playful and mischievous side - if you tidy away his toys while he’s asleep, don’t be surprised if he happily gets them all back out again once he wakes up!
