She is a small mixed-breed female dog measuring approximately 27 cm in height. After eight years in a home, she was surrendered to the animal shelter because she had developed the habit of climbing over the fence and running away. This ability apparently only became apparent to Mayla much later. Mayla is a wonderful female dog, distinguished by her open, loving, and friendly character. She is cuddly and house-trained. Walks are among her favorite activities, and she doesn’t make a mess. Mayla has good leash manners and shows herself to be good with children. Her activity level is calm, and she is friendly with other dogs. Larger dogs will initially bark at her. The handling of cats is unknown, but we are happy to test this. Mayla is looking for a loving, consistent, and experienced home. A securely fenced garden would be ideal, but is not a must.
