Update April 2026 Monda was personally introduced to me in April on Sardinia – and the pretty tiger cat with the white paws immediately surprised me. Now she has moved into one of the outdoor enclosures and showed herself to be directly curious, open, and interested in our visit. While she was still very shy in the cage, she started taking curious laps around us in the enclosure after a short time. With each lap, she came a little closer, until finally, curiosity overcame caution. As soon as treats were involved, the ice was broken: Monda willingly allowed herself to be stroked and visibly enjoyed the attention. It became clear quickly that one cannot win Monda's trust by chance – but it was equally clear that she enjoys being with people and will be a wonderful travel companion after a gentle acclimation. Her behavior has developed so positively in a short time that we can imagine her also settling into a family with cat-savvy children. Monda is very social and enjoys spending time with the other cats in the enclosure. She actively seeks their company, plays with them, and shows no dominant behavior. Therefore, we would like to find her a home with at least one other cat of similar age. Alternatively, she would also be happy to bring a friend or companion from Sardinia. If you adopt Monda, you will get a young, curious, and gentle tiger cat who gradually opens up and wins the hearts of her people with each step forward. If you would like to welcome the charming tiger cat with the white paws as a new family member, feel free to contact me. Monda is ready for her new life and literally sits on packed suitcases. Update March 2026 The dear Monda still eagerly awaits some variety from her dreary everyday life in the cage with Sebastian, hoping for a journey into her own home.

Update September 2026 War die erste Scheu erst einmal überwunden, ging es ganz schnell: Monda ist seitdem überall dabei und liebt es, endlich mehr Platz zum Spielen zu haben, einen Schoß zum Kuscheln und einen Garten für Frischluft. All das genießt Monda sehr, denn nach Aussage ihres Pflegefrauchens ist die süße Katzendame „voller Lebensfreude und unglaublich neugierig. Sie ist ein Sonnenschein und bringt mich viel zum Lachen.“ Monda sucht ein Zuhause, in dem sie sich voll austoben kann, denn sie ist sehr verspielt und voller Energie . Und sie liebt es mit Pflegefrauchen und den anderen Katzen in den Garten zu gehen und die Natur zu erleben . Sie soll unbedingt mit anderen Katzen leben, denn sie ist sehr sozial und hatte keine Probleme dabei sich an die anderen Katzen auf der Pflegestelle zu gewöhnen und friedlich mit ihnen zu leben und zu spielen. Sie hatte auch schon Besuch von einem katzenverständigen Hund und das Zusammentreffen war auch sehr friedlich. Haben Sie ein Körbchen für die hübsche Monda frei? Dann melden Sie sich bei ihrer Vermittlerin und besuchen Sie sie auf der Pflegestelle in Kiel. Update August 2026 Was für eine lange Reise, aber Monda ist endlich auf ihrer Pflegestelle in Kiel angekommen. Getreu ihrem anfangs etwas vorsichtigem Naturell schaut sie lieber von unter dem Bett aus, was um sie herum passiert. Aber die Spielangel lockt sie immer weiter hervor und wenn sie erst einmal in Ruhe angekommen ist, wird die Neugier sicherlich komplett die Überhand gewinnen. Sobald sie die Reise und die neuen Eindrücke verarbeitet hat, wird es hier ein Update geben. Update April 2026 Monda durfte ich im April persönlich auf Sardinien kennenlernen – und die hübsche Tigerkatze mit den weißen Pfötchen hat mich sofort überrascht. Mittlerweile ist sie in eines der Außengehege umgezogen und zeigte sich dort direkt neugierig, offen und interessiert an unserem Besuch.
