Het verhaal van Nemo: Op veel Griekse eilanden, zoals ook op Lefkas, is het zwerfhonden probleem groot, met name puppy dumping, met of zonder moeder. Gelukkig zijn er altijd zeer bevlogen dierenliefhebbers die zich dagelijks inzetten voor de arme dieren. Sinds ruim vijftien jaar biedt ‘Little Friends Lefkas’ hulp aan dieren in nood. Nemo werd in een plattelandsdorp op Lefkas aangetroffen. De lokale bevolking gooide dingen naar hem, ze kenden hem niet, en wilde ook niet helpen. We denken dat hij daar achtergelaten is, in een voor hem onbekende omgeving. Hij was niet gechipt. Zijn vacht was helemaal vervilt en geklit. Hij is nu geschoren. Nemo heeft zeker eerder een huiselijk leven gekend. Enthousiaste Nemo is een erg vrolijk en actief hondje. Als hij nieuwe mensen ontmoet, kan hij nog erg opgewonden raken en plagerige speel beetjes uitdelen, zo leuk vindt hij dat. Hij vindt het wel wat spannend als mensen door de voordeur naar binnen gaan. Hij doet dan verder niets en observeert. Hij wandelt heel goed aan de riem, soms kan hij nog wel wat trekken en is dan ook sterk, dit moet hij nog beter leren. Nemo is zeker prima trainbaar en er zit niets dan goeds in hem maar door zijn enthousiasme willen we hem liever niet bij kinderen plaatsen. In huis lijkt hij goed met katten samen te kunnen leven. Buiten de deur vindt hij het dan wel weer leuk om ze wat op te jagen. Nemo leeft nu bij Sallie van Little Friends Lefkas in huis, hij is zindelijk en slaapt heerlijk in zijn bench. Hij heeft supermooie grote ogen en een heerlijk knuffelvachtje. Zijn geschatte geboortedatum is 1.11.2024, hij weegt 15 kilo en is 46 cm schouderhoogte. Nemo is gecastreerd. En negatief getest op de Middellandse zee ziektes. Voor Nemo zoeken we actief iemand of een actief stel dat hem graag een warm, liefdevol thuis wil geven. Bij voorkeur met een omheinde tuin. Die hem vertrouwen geeft en alle dingen leert die zo fijn en leuk zijn om te leren. Nemo kan prima met andere honden samen, maar we denken
