Foster home in Ebnat-Kappel SG (from end of 05/26) Female, spayed Born around 03.03.2024 Pointer mixed breed Height approx. 52 cm / Weight approx. 23 kg The young mixed-breed female dog Olena has been living with Monika at the Refugio since April 15, 2026. She comes from the Perrera in Vinaros. Unfortunately, we do not know what she has experienced in her life so far or where she came from. The jet-black, agile powerhouse Olena gets along well with all her fellow animals. Olena is open and friendly towards people, can be petted easily anywhere, and enjoys cuddles. Outside, she already walks quite nicely on a leash but, typical of a hunting dog, keeps her nose to the ground to take in all the scents. Olena will travel to a foster home in Ebnat-Kappel over the Pentecost weekend, where she can be visited and met by arrangement. We are looking for people with time and patience for the active Olena, who want to teach her the basics from scratch and keep her physically and mentally engaged. April 2026 bei Monika im Refugio. Sie kommt aus der Perrera in Vinaros. Was sie bis jetzt in ihrem Leben alles erlebt hat oder wo sie vorher gelebt hat wissen wir leider nicht. Olena durfte an Pfingsten auf ihre Pflegestelle in Ebnat-Kappel reisen, wo sie nach Absprache gerne besucht und kennengelernt werden kann.Die lackschwarze, agile Powerhündin Olena mag alle ihre Artgenossen auf der Pflegestelle und zeigt sich meist eher unterwürfig. Olena ist unglaublich freundlich den Menschen gegenüber, lässt sich problemlos überall anfassen und mag Streicheleinheiten sehr. Gerne kuschelt sie auf dem Sofa oder lässt sich den Nasenrücken kraulen. Draussen läuft sie schon recht ordentlich an der kurzen Leine. An der Schleppleine ist sie noch, typisch Jagdhund, vorallem mit ihrer Nase am Boden, um all die Gerüche aufnehmen zu können. Die hübsche Lady orientiert sich jedoch auch draussen bereits gerne an ihrem Menschen. Autofahren findet Olena noch etwas gruselig, sie verhält sich aber ruhig. Das Alleinesein, mit ihren Kumpels, klappt schon ganz gut.Für die bewegungsfreudige Olena suchen wir Menschen mit Zeit und Geduld, welche die sensible Hündin mit Ruhe in neuen Situationen begleiten und mit ihr an den Basics arbeiten möchten. Olena sollte unbedingt auch geistig, vorzugsweise in der Nasenarbeit, beschäftigt werden. Olena bringt eine ordentliche Portion Jagdtrieb mit, lässt sich jedoch bereits gut auslenken.
