Otis needs people who give him security and orientation. A consistent, clear and confident leadership is important to him - not with harshness, but with calmness, patience and a secure framework. If he knows what to expect, he can wonderfully engage with his people. With other dogs and also with cats, Otis decides on sympathy. He shows interest, which is why a quiet and controlled introduction is important. Whether a coexistence works should be tried out individually. For Otis, we wish a loving, responsible home without small children. We can imagine adolescents from a suitable age. His future people should already have experience with dogs and enjoy working with Otis and giving him the necessary security. Otis ist ein 2021 geborener, kastrierter Staffordshire Bull Terrier und ein wirklich liebenswerter Kerl. Er ist freundlich, neugierig und interessiert an seiner Umwelt. Am liebsten möchte er dabei sein, seine Menschen begleiten und gemeinsam mit ihnen die Welt entdecken. Er kennt bereits die Grundsignale und bringt somit eine schöne Basis für das weitere Training mit. Otis braucht Menschen, die ihm Sicherheit und Orientierung geben. Eine konsequente, klare und souveräne Führung ist ihm wichtig – nicht mit Härte, sondern mit Ruhe, Geduld und einem sicheren Rahmen. Wenn er weiß, woran er ist, kann er sich wunderbar auf seine Menschen einlassen. Bei anderen Hunden und auch bei Katzen entscheidet bei Otis die Sympathie. Er zeigt durchaus Interesse, weshalb ein ruhiges und kontrolliertes Kennenlernen wichtig ist. Ob ein Zusammenleben funktioniert, sollte individuell ausprobiert werden. Für Otis wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles, verantwortungsbewusstes Zuhause ohne kleine Kinder. Jugendliche ab einem passenden Alter können wir uns gut vorstellen.
