Pamela is one of Pandora’s kittens and has been living at the shelter together with her mother and two sisters. Pamela comes from a feral background and is accustomed to other cats, but introducing her to new cats still requires a slow and careful approach, taking into account the cats’ individual schedules. Pamela shows some interest in visiting cats, though she doesn’t actively seek contact. She plays chase and wrestles with her sisters, and she also enjoys tossing and kicking small plush toys. The cat is still somewhat shy around people, but she has a curious nature and is a bit bolder than her sisters—she might follow people from room to room at a safe distance. Pamela doesn’t allow herself to be touched, and handling her can be challenging; however, she does dare to approach a little and can become enthusiastic about playing with feather toys attached to strings. Pamela certainly has plenty of energy to share with others! At night, her play sessions with her sisters can sometimes get quite lively. She’ll come to eat without immediately running away when a person is nearby if food is offered. Food is mostly served on non-slip mats and activity boards to prevent her from grabbing it directly with her paws. Pamela isn’t picky about food, and she’s happily eaten everything that’s been offered. She doesn’t yet feel comfortable eating from human hands, but she’ll enjoy treats if they’re held right in front of her nose. Pamela absolutely needs a feline companion as a playmate in her new home—or, if there’s no suitable cat already living at her current home, she could move to a new place accompanied by a familiar cat. Taming Pamela is still quite a project in itself, so her new home will also need to be patient with her, as she remains somewhat suspicious of humans’ intentions. But perhaps this little lady’s courage will grow stronger in the safety of her own home. If you could offer Pamela a safe and loving home, please fill out the adoption application carefully. Pamela on yksi Pandoran pennuista ja asustanut toimitilalla yhdessä emonsa ja kahden siskonsa kanssa. Taustaltaan Pamela on populaatiokissa ja tottunut toisiin kissoihin, mutta tutustuminen uusiin kissoihin silti syytä tehdä hitaasti ja huolellisesti kissojen aikataulussa. Pamela on jossain määrin kiinnostunut vieraista kissoista, mutta ei kuitenkaan suoraan hae kontaktia. Pamela leikkii hippaa ja painileikkejä siskojensa kanssa, jonka lisäksi pieniä pehmoleluja on mukava heitellä ja potkia. Kissa on vielä ihmisarka, mutta omaa uteliaan luonteen ja on myös siskojaan vähän rohkeampi – saattaa seurata ihmisiä perässä huoneesta toiseen turvallisen välimatkan päässä. Pamela ei anna koskettaa ja käsittely on haastavaa, mutta toisaalta Pamela uskaltaa vähän lähestyä ja voi innostua leikkimään narun päässä olevilla huiskaleluilla. Pamelalla onkin energiaa vaikka muille jakaa. Öisin leikit siskojen kanssa voivat olla joskus aika hurjiakin. Syömään hän uskaltaa tulla eikä heti pakene, kun ihminen on lähellä jos luvassa on ruokaa. Ruoka on tarjoiltu enimmäkseen nuolumatoilta ja aktiivilautasilta hotkimisen estämiseksi. Pamela ei ole ruoasta nirso, ja kaikki tarjottu on kelvannut. Kädestä Pamela ei uskalla syödä, mutta herkkupalat maistuvat kun niitä tarjoaa nenän eteen. Pamela tarvitsee kodiltaan ehdottomasti leikkikaveriksi lajitoverin, tai voi muuttaa uuteen kotiin tutun kissan kanssa jos kotoa ei sellaista ennestään löydy. Pamelan kesyttely on vielä oma projektinsa, joten hän tarvitsee kodiltaan myös kärsivällisyyttä, koska on vielä epäluuloinen ihmisolentojen aikomuksista, mutta ehkä pikkuneidin rohkeus vielä kasvaa oman kodin turvassa.
