This beautiful male dog is believed to have been abandoned by a hunter. The dog was sighted over months, clearly on the hunt for food. Compassionate people provided him with food, which he always accepted gratefully. But he was very cautious, avoiding close contact with people. Finally, he was secured because the danger that something could happen to him was very high. The dog was not microchipped, there were no missing dog reports, and no owner could be found. At our partner shelter in Sassari, Paoletto, as he is called, is now well accommodated. He gets along well with the other dogs that live there. However, he is still very reserved around people. For Paoletto, we now wish for people who can convey the security he needs to overcome his fears and build trust. Would you like to take Paoletto into your family, include him in all family activities, and show him how wonderful life can be? Dieser schöne Rüde ist vermutlich von einem Jäger ausgesetzt worden. Der Hund wurde über Monate immer wieder gesichtet, wenn er ganz offensichtlich auf Futtersuche war. Mitleidige Menschen stellten ihm etwas Futter hin, was er auch immer dankbar annahm. Aber er war sehr vorsichtig, vermied näheren Menschenkontakt. Schließlich gelang es nun, ihn zu sichern, denn die Gefahr, dass ihm noch etwas passieren könnte, war sehr groß.Der Hund war nicht gechippt, es gab keine Suchmeldungen. Ein Besitzer konnte nicht ausfindig gemacht werden. Bei unserer Partnerin in Sassari ist Paoletto, wie er genannt wurde, jetzt gut untergebracht. Mit den anderen Hunden, die dort leben, versteht er sich gut.
