Phoewa has not had the chance to discover how nice life as a house dog can be in her young life. She was kept with other dogs in a barn and was seized. Phoewa is a cheerful, energetic and curious little dog. She likes to make contact with people. She jumps on the couch or in the chair and enjoys being close to people. She has also discovered toys: taking a toy in her mouth, walking around with it and then taking it to her bed or the couch is her favorite thing to do. In a new environment, she can still be a bit nervous and impressed. She often walks around, is alert to sounds from outside and has trouble finding her peace. Her future owner will therefore have to help her learn to relax step by step. A calm approach, predictability and sufficient sleep moments will be important here. Walking is also completely new to Phoewa. She barely knows a collar and leash and in the beginning she can block. Sometimes she walks a little in a quiet environment, but on busier places it is still difficult for her. This is something that needs to be built up slowly. Phoewa is looking for a quiet, smaller family with a house and garden where she can learn how to live indoors. Children from 12 years and possibly a stable male dog are possible. Phoewa heeft in haar jonge leven nog niet de kans gehad om te ontdekken hoe fijn het leven als huishond kan zijn. Ze werd samen met andere honden in een schuur gehouden en is in beslag genomen. Phoewa is een vrolijk, energiek en nieuwsgierig hondje. Ze komt graag contact maken met mensen. Ze springt gezellig op schoot of in de zetel en geniet ervan om in de buurt te zijn. Ook speelgoed heeft ze ontdekt: een speeltje in haar bek nemen, ermee rondlopen en het vervolgens meenemen naar haar mand of de zetel vindt ze heerlijk. In een nieuwe omgeving kan ze nog wat nerveus en onder de indruk zijn. Ze loopt dan veelal rond, is alert op geluiden van buitenaf en heeft moeite om haar rust te vinden. Haar toekomstige baasje zal haar daarom moeten helpen om stap voor stap te leren ontspannen. Een rustige aanpak, voorspelbaarheid en voldoende slaapmomenten zullen hierbij belangrijk zijn. Ook wandelen is voor Phoewa nog helemaal nieuw. Een halsband en riem kent ze nauwelijks en in het begin kan ze blokkeren. Soms loopt ze al een stukje mee in een rustige omgeving, maar op drukkere plekken is het nog moeilijk voor haar. Dit is dus echt iets wat rustig opgebouwd moet worden. Phoewa zoekt een rustig, kleiner gezin met een huis en tuin waar ze mag gaan leren hoe het binnenhuis leven werkt. Kinderen vanaf 12 jaar en eventueel een stabiele reu behoren tot de mogelijkheden.
