Ihre Geschichte: Die kleine Polina ist erst ca. 4 Monate alt und erlebt schon jetzt, wie einsam und beängstigend das Leben auf der Straße in Rumänien sein kann. Ganz allein wurde sie am Straßenrand gefunden – völlig verängstigt, mit struppigem grau-weißem Fell und schwarzen, traurigen Augen, die noch voller Unsicherheit und Vorsicht in die Kamera blicken. Niemand weiß, was Polina in ihren ersten Lebenswochen erlebt hat – doch sie trägt ihre Sorgen noch in ihrem Ausdruck. Trotz ihrer Angst und Zurückhaltung ist Polina eine tapfere Maus. Sie lässt sich schüchtern von Menschen anfassen und bleibt dabei stets brav und ruhig. Vielleicht spürt sie bereits, dass in der Nähe dieser Menschen ihre Chance auf ein besseres Leben liegt – auf ein Leben, in dem sie nie wieder allein und auf sich gestellt sein muss. Polina darf momentan noch in einer rumänischen Pflegestelle leben, wo sie zur Ruhe kommen und langsam Vertrauen fassen kann, bis sie vollständig geimpft ist. Danach muss sie leider den Weg ins Shelter antreten – ein beängstigender Ort für eine so sanfte und zarte Hundeseele. Umso größer ist unser Wunsch, dass Polina schnell ein liebevolles Zuhause oder eine Pflegestelle findet, in dem sie endlich ankommen, Geborgenheit spüren und die großen und kleinen schönen Dinge des Lebens entdecken darf. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sich Polina sehr gut. Sie zeigt einen ruhigen und sanften Charakter, geht Streit aus dem Weg und holt sich viel Sicherheit bei ihren Artgenossen. Für Polina suchen wir einfühlsame Menschen, die Geduld und Verständnis für einen schüchternen, sensiblen Hund mitbringen, ihr Zeit geben und sie in kleinen Schritten in ihre neue Welt begleiten. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle kann Polina gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro in ihr neues Zuhause ziehen. Sie reist gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht und besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis.
