Pona is a friendly and loving female dog. She can be unsettled by certain situations, but once trust is established, she blossoms. She is people-oriented and gets along with fellow animals. Pona needs dog-experienced people who can meet her needs and give her time and patience. Because she is very interested, she learns quickly. A good prerequisite, as she has not yet learned to walk on a leash. Attending dog training classes would be ideal. Pona could also be a second dog for a nice and confident only dog. She would prefer a more rural environment. Pona is vaccinated, microchipped, and will be rehomed – in cooperation with the Tierschutzbund Basel Regional.
