Richelle is a sweet little girl born around late October 2025. At this age, puppies are usually still very close to their mothers, learning, playing, and building trust. However, Richelle and her sister Rila had a very different reality. They were abandoned in Shumen, Bulgaria, and left to fend for themselves. Luckily, they were found by a kind animal lover and brought to the animal shelter in Shumen, Bulgaria. In June 2026, Richelle measured about 50 cm in shoulder height and is still not fully grown. After a short warm-up phase, she shows herself to be open and curious about humans in the shelter. When treats are distributed in the exercise area, she stands in front, full of joy and anticipation. She enjoys the small moments when she can just be a dog. This is so sweet to see! Of course, she receives all the necessary vaccinations in the shelter, is already chipped, and is treated prophylactically against parasites. This is important so that she can start her new life healthy. But as valuable as this care is: Richelle has missed crucial months in her imprinting time. She knows little about the world so far and has to learn a lot. This does not mean that she cannot do it! On the contrary: with gentle guidance, patience, and a safe environment, young dogs like Richelle usually open up surprisingly quickly. Whoever takes her by the paw will experience how she gains trust and becomes bolder step by step. For her future, we wish her a rural living area where she can relax and slowly get used to it. Small children should not live in the household. A friendly first dog would certainly be a help, but it is not a requirement. She will be spayed before her departure. And then she would be ready - ready to get into the transporter that brings her to Germany. Now it's up to you! Verträglich mit anderen Tieren? Kann einige Stunden alleine sein? Kastriert: wird vor Abgabe kastriert Geboren wurde das süße Hundemädchen Richelle etwa Ende Oktober 2025. Ein Alter, in dem Welpen eigentlich noch eng an ihrer Mutter hängen, lernen, spielen, Vertrauen aufbauen. Für Richelle und ihre Schwester Rila sah die Realität jedoch anders aus. Beide wurden in Schumen, Bulgarien, ausgesetzt und sich selbst überlassen. Zum Glück wurden sie von einem tierlieben Menschen gefunden und ins Tierheim in Schumen, Bulgarien, gebracht. Richelle maß im Juni 2026 etwa 50 cm Schulterhöhe und ist natürlich noch nicht ausgewachsen. Nach einer kurzen Aufwärmphase zeigt sie sich im Tierheim offen und neugierig uns Menschen gegenüber. Wenn im Auslauf Leckerli verteilt werden, steht sie vorne, voller Freude und Erwartung. Sie genießt die kleinen Momente, in denen sie einfach Hund sein darf. Das ist so süß anzusehen! Im Tierheim erhält sie natürlich alle notwendigen Impfungen, ist bereits gechipt und prophylaktisch gegen Parasiten behandelt. Das ist wichtig, damit sie gesund in ihr neues Leben starten kann. Doch so wertvoll diese Versorgung ist: Richelle hat entscheidende Monate in ihrer Prägungszeit verpasst. Sie kennt bisher kaum etwas von der Welt und muss vieles erst lernen. Das bedeutet nicht, dass sie es nicht kann! Im Gegenteil: Mit behutsamer Begleitung, Geduld und einem sicheren Umfeld öffnen sich junge Hunde wie Richelle meist erstaunlich schnell. Wer sie an die Pfote nimmt, wird erleben, wie sie Vertrauen fasst und Schritt für Schritt mutiger wird. Für ihre Zukunft wünschen wir uns eine eher ländliche Wohngegend, in der sie zur Ruhe kommen und sich langsam eingewöhnen kann. Kleine Kinder sollten nicht im Haushalt leben. Ein freundlicher Ersthund wäre sicher eine Hilfe, ist aber keine Voraussetzung. Vor ihrer Ausreise wird sie noch kastriert. Und dann wäre sie bereit – bereit, in den Transporter zu steigen, der sie nach Deutschland bringt. Jetzt liegt es an Ihnen! Wenn alles passt, können Sie Richelle die Chance geben, die ihr bisher verwehrt blieb: ein Zuhause, in dem sie sicher ist, lernen darf, wachsen darf und endlich ankommen kann.
