Hello! Rocky is my name. I am a white-striped tomcat, about 5 years old. Nobody knows the exact age, because I was found a bit sniffly outside and was taken in by kind people until my arrival at our shelter. And now I am here, enjoying every visit. Whether it's the pre-school children, my staff, or the stroking enthusiasts – I like everyone and love being stroked and cuddled. So happy to not be alone in my little room, I even make small, affectionate bouncy jumps and rub against my humans' legs. They are always delighted because I am such a sweet guy. And because I always have a "cool meow" on my lips, because I like to take a stroll now and then. Even though I am doing well here – I would love to have a real home with everything a cat could want. For me, that definitely includes free roam, preferably also loving children, a big couch for cuddling, a always full bowl, and probably also a feline friend around my own age. While I can certainly find one of my own in the neighborhood. Meow! I can't think of any other wishes at the moment…. This cat needs outdoor access.

Moin! Rocky mein Name. Ich bin ein weiß-getigerter Kater von ungefähr 5 Jahren. So genau weiß das keiner, denn ich wurde draußen etwas verschnupft gefunden und bis zu meiner Aufnahme ins Tierheim von lieben Menschen versorgt. Und nun bin ich hier und freue mich auf den Besuch der Streicheltanten sehr. Ich mag einfach gerne ausgelassen spielen oder den Flur des Katzenhauses rauf und runter laufen. Ich mag auch gestreichelt werden, wenn ich die Leute etwas besser kenne und sie auf meine Signale achten. Dann mache ich vor lauter Glückseligkeit sogar kleine, liebe Bocksprünge und reibe mich dabei an deren Beinen. Ich habe auch immer ein „flottes Miau” auf den Lippen und schnack gern mal eine Runde. Mittlerweile bin ich schon so lange hier … und mag nicht mehr. Ich hätte so gern wieder ein richtiges Zuhause mit allem Drum und Dran. Dazu gehört für mich unbedingt Freigang, damit ich mich draußen ordentlich austoben kann. Eine große Couch zum Kuscheln möchte ich auch – genau wie einen stets prall gefüllten Napf. Dafür kann ich auf Kinder und andere Tiere gut verzichten – die brauche nicht zu meinem großen Glück. Miau! Mehr Wünsche fallen mir gerade nicht ein …
